I wish I had better memory with names but both of our servers (i have MS and they moved us to a better table) were top notch! “Such an amazing venue/bar and staff. Nancy has done more with this place than any other local place ever has with a business. Sadly, she took over a nightmare in which many issues came with it. 90% of the old staff got caught stealing. Sadly, the best alternative is to just let everyone go and start over and fresh. Since then Nance has put in hundreds of thousands of $$$ into the place to make it the best local spot in the valley for music and other events and just overall a great place to be with friends. She and the staff all work hard to provide the best service they can to anyone who walks through the door. I'd suggest to anyone just like any other business, if you ever have an issue with something bring it up to her. While still learning things along the way she is a great person and will do anything to help anyone and make it a better place if something needs changed.“
“The boneless wings were pretty good. Beer and kamikazee's cold and served promptly by Sophie. Great job all around. Just slightly busy, which makes sense for early on a Friday evening. We go here maybe every couple months or so, and it's always a pretty solid hit. Not a real strong 5, but it's not a 4 ! Hey Sophie ! Told you we'd write a quick note re: your great service. “Real nice place,quite a large establishment But High prices on the Drinks, the food looked really good but didn't have a chance to eat it but I Am going back to check it out though,they were doing karaoke the night that I was there, the place was Packed and everyone was having an awesome great time, I'll be back again to check it out further to eat and see what's happening on a regular day and not a weekend and take it from there ??“
“We had been going to Charlie's place was nice in the beginning but THINGS changed not to our advantage ALL over COFFEE issues at night . NIGHTTIME bartender on FRIDAY and Saturday night 's was willing to make us coffee but was told not after 6pm food was good and loved THE KARAOKE on FRIDAY and SATURDAY NIGHTS , THEY LOST OUT ALONG WITH THE FRIENDS WE BROUGHT they wont be back because we are not there THAT'S ON THEM .☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕????????????“
“It seems to be one of the only places you can go eat and drink without emptying every pocket. Sometimes service takes a while, but we never go when we're in a rush. It's so nice to sit and chill. The place is comfurtable, the people are nice. And honestly I rather have slower service because one or two people are working and taking care of the entire place, then seeing 7 servers on and standing around. They obviously want their people to make money. So, for that reason I respect the hussel those workers have. We honestly love it there !“
“Love this restaurant! I live local and do not stay at hotel, i still come visit and dine here so often the staff knows me and my family! We are always greeted with a smile and welcomed in. My kids love the chicken tenders, they are so big and meaty always cooked perfectly. I have had the chicken tacos, the chicken is never dry and so full of flavor. The salmon bowl is another favorite of mine! The atmosphere here is so fun, with old school pin ball machines, and other assorted games. We love going here and highly recommend to anyone visiting out of town or in the area to check it out!“

Bartenders don't assume a good rack and nice face is enough to garner a huge tip. They smile. They greet you. They follow up. Tailgaters has disappointed us twice. Willys is the new go to.“
