“I checked out Roman's for the first time on a Saturday lunch and loved the mix of history and local charm. The food was tasty with just the right amount of spice, and the fries were a hit too. The atmosphere was fun and laid back, and I’m already planning to come back for a night of country dancing.“

“Failed to mention anywhere on the menu of peanuts in a TOP SIRLOIN steak dish. Brought my significant other for her 21st birthday only to spend the night in the hospital. After leaving the establishment, my party was forced to cover myself and her’s tab of dishes we weren’t able to enjoy due to their negligence as we had to sprint out of the restaurant. It was a memorable night, but for the worse. On what should’ve been a celebration, Red’s/Wigwam turned it into a nightmare. If they were careless from a foundational standpoint to glaze over something as common and as critical in food safety as a peanut allergy (on a dish that wouldn’t been remotely associated with the food group) I cannot imagine what other basic common sense and customer service areas they are lacking on. I wish I had more of a well rounded experience to reflect on, but as abrupt as the experience shifted it’s hard to really say much with what limited time we actually got to spend in the establishment, but from a back half perspective it was definitely far from ideal. Only consolation was that they packed the food (which put her in the hospital) to go for the remainder of the party.

I will say, our waitress Shannon was a sweetheart and this wasn’t her fault, it should be listed on the menu considering the context

UPDATE:
After a call back a couple days later, my experience changed. We were contacted by Isabel, the restaurant manager and she gave us a sincere apology which included a complementary stay at the resort and dinner as well as an update to the menu to protect future allergy sensitive patrons (which is most important) As much one can complain about an experience we had initially higher management resolved the issue to the best of they’re ability and for that I now have a different perspective of the wigwam/Red Allen’s.“

“The Best in the West! Love everything in their menu. Go try their chicken wings, pizza, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and hamburgers all are delicious! And also they have the best Menudo on weekends.“

“Ordered the souvenir popcorn, and three souvenir drinks and the total was $35 😵‍💫 about what you expect to pay at a stadium. I do love how the souvenir items are refillable! So that’s a huge plus when decided which option or size to order. The woman who helped me was super kind and helpful by giving me a tray to carry my items.“
