Great food & friendly staff but my goodness HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Lately they’ve been severely understaffed. I counted 8 customers & ONE worker. That’s insane to have a single person working during a lunch rush. It’s unfortunate for the employee & for us having to wait 2x longer. Great store overall, great food, & they always get my order right. But the understaffing is too much to give 5 stars.

Went today to Jimmy John's on Thunderbird and 59th ave. Isabella the Assistant Mamager provided me with exceptional service. The sub i ordered was fresh, tasty and made quickly. I wouldn't go to any other Jimmy John's!

The manager lady that took my order and made my sandwich was fun, energetic, knowledgeable about the products and made my sandwich perfectly. Best jimmy john's experience I've ever had!!!!!!
