“I absolutely LOVE their Pizza! However, the fact that I literally get charged differently for a Extra Most Brstest Pepperoni Puzza when I want an extra topping (Pineapple) is unexceptable! They should only charge for an extra topping, whereas they charge it as a regular Pizza with extra Cheese, which is an "extra topping" charge, then another "extra topping" charge for the Pineapple! So, in the end, it's $4 more than the Extra Most Bestest! This needs to be fixed“
“Yesterday my elderly, disabled father entered the Little Caesar’s on 83rd ave and Glendale while my mom waited in the car. My father has been diagnosed with “failure to thrive”, so anytime he has a craving, we try to accommodate him because he rarely eats anymore. Antoine was assisting him. He ordered his pizza and when his debit card wouldn’t go through (he’s on social security and forgets how to budget for the month), Antoine showed my dad more compassion than he’s gotten in a long time. You see, sometimes he gets impatient or irate because he’s had a stroke that has affected his logical thinking. Bystanders usual laugh at the cranky old man causing a scene, but when my dad came back to the car and my mom asked what took so long, he then explained that his card kept getting declined and that a young boy (an employee) paid for his pizza out of his own pocket. My mom cried. I cried when my mom called to tell me. When I called today to find out who the employee was and to ask to reimburse him, Antoine refused to let me pay him back and told me he would never laugh at my dad’s situation. Antoine needs to be recognized. You never know what someone has been through and instead of sending him away hungry, he showed compassion and helped my dad. We need more people in the world like Antoine.“
“Ordered pizza from the kid that worked there and was treated with respect, also my pizza was made fresh.
Vegetarian options: If you want a vegetarian pizza ask ahead if they offer the ingredients to make one for you.
Dietary restrictions: If you are on a diet or want healthy options , look at menu and take your time to order.
Parking: It's better to call ahead of you can or if you're picking up in person order fresh, but if you're in a hurry order the hot and ready.
Kid-friendliness: You can probably order a kid's size pizza there and asked about the sugar dessert style pizza and other small items to for them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicapped parking available but people that are in a hurry usually don't respect the rules so just be careful when looking for a spot to park. Doors to entrance aren't automatic but there's always customers in ordering that'll be courteous to open the door for you.“
“I go to little ceasers frequently and this location was exceptional because the wait time for a pizza was not more than 10 minutes and the employees were friendly enough to not make people hate the store but overall on not so busy days pretty easy to get food there“
“The cashier Angela gave me such great customer service, is amazing at her job. She carries herself in a professional manner, is very respectful and courteous. She is very proficient at her job. She made me feel so comfortable, I will definitely be coming back!“
“I have to say that today I have NEVER seen the best customer service at Little Caesars. I went in for a classic pepperoni pizza and the staff asked if I could wait 6 mins for a new pizza. Usually they give me the warm pizza in the cabinet. Give this man a raise.“
