I had ordered a ToGo order for a party I was having but I didn't receive the breadsticks that I ordered. I didn't notice this until I got home and was setting everything out for my party. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Billy the manager that was on duty that night. He overly helped me and made sure I got what I needed for my party. This is the only Olive Garden location I will use from this point because of the customer service that was provided....
It's good because they give the children an activity sheet to entertain themselves and they have a tablet with games BUT IT COSTS 2 DOLLARS

Thanks to some horrible advice on Reddit to park at the Tangier Outlet parking lot for the Cardinals game, we were stuck there for 2 hours trying to exit. Decided to have takeout from Olive Garden while we waited and it was delicious - chicken parm with a side of spaghetti and salad. Generous portions. A very pleasant surprise!
