I was so looking forward to trying their pad thai, but was very dry and tasteless, much to my surprise. I was so disappointed, I didn't even eat my leftovers. The Thai tea, crab rangoons and cucumber salad we all very good!
I have been going here for years, Siam Thai Cuisine is the only Thai restaurant I know of that serves beef satay which is second to none. My other go to dish is the beef krapo, they use beef slices instead of ground beef. I highly recommend this Thai restaurant above all others.
Without a doubt this is mine and my family's favorite Thai restaurant in the valley, and one we intend to be regulars at for as long as possible. Staff are friendly, service is always excellent—but the food is the #1 star. Top tier across the menu.
