Sully's Erumi Sushi is an absolute gem. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the second you walk in. You can tell they take the quality of their ingredients very seriously—it is easily some of the best quality fish you will find anywhere in Phoenix. Sully's Erumi Sushi is a fantastic little sushi joint on the west side. The atmosphere is quaint, welcoming, and cozy, though small, the noise is not bad and conversation is easy. The food is fresh and delicious, with generous and filling rolls. Specific meals mentioned include the yellow tail Carpaccio, which is out of this world with sweet ponzu and spicy Sriracha, the baked salmon roll, Bulgolgi fried rice, excellent gyoza, ramen, and pork katsu. The fresh wasabi is highly recommended. The staff is kind, welcoming, and friendly. The service is excellent; guests are seated right away and the drink order is taken quickly. The restaurant is kept very clean, with spotless kitchen, dining room, and restrooms. Guests received edamame on the house, a little dessert, and mochi ice cream for free. There are cheap sake bombs as well. This is a gem of a place and the best sushi in Arizona. Highly recommended.
