Went for breakfast. The place is huge. So are the portions. Had green chili omelet, hash browns and biscuit & gravy. All were very good. However I had to kick up the omelet as the green chili was too mild. They had Chipotle Tabasco amongst 3 sauces on the table. The gravy also needed more black pepper. I would go back and recommend others check them out.
Yesterday I met a friend at The Place for a late lunch, and I ordered the Chef Salad with ranch and a side of OJ. It was beautifully prepared and absolutely fresh and delicious! And the portion was huge. It was so good I couldn't stop talking about it at lunch to my friend. The chef put real care into it — every ingredient was cut into perfect little bite‑size pieces and I loved that it was generous with plenty of turkey and ham which is not something...
So I've been here a few times for breakfast and I always forget how wonderful it is. But today I decided to come for lunch. I have to tell you I went to a steakhouse in pinetop last weekend and I got a better Burger here than I could do. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. Best grilled onions ever. They were still crunchy and Al dente. Try the chili cheese fries
