I recently visited UK Pho and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The pho broth was rich and aromatic, with plenty of tender meat and fresh herbs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The dish that I post is really delicious and has become one of my favorites dish. We found this place as it is close to our work. We decided to give it a goal and to our surprise, the food was excellent. This restaurant has ran by an older couple that are very sweet so please be patient with them as your English is limited, but the food is absolutely phenomenal and worth the drive.
I ordered take out, which was great. The pho was super hot and ready to eat when I arrived home. The pho is full of meat and very flavorful. The spring rolls with shrimp and pork come with the best peanut sauce I've ever had! The place feels very welcoming when you step in. The staff is very friendly.
