The greatest service with Amy. Girls gotta great straff attitude with atmosphere and service
I’m a BIG wing stop fan. I normally go to the Wingstop on 91st and Olive because they never miss! The food is super consistent there! Today we went to the closest one near us and honestly the tenders were reallllly good but my voodoo fries were ridiculously coated in nacho cheese. My voodoo fries were swimming in nacho cheese…. So that kinda sucks. Wingstop I appreciate you not being shy on the sauce but please next time don’t drown my fries in nacho cheese!...read full review

Wingstop is a popular restaurant known for its wings and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the generally great food and good service from many employees, with some highlighting exceptional service from staff members at specific visits. The team has been described as friendly and helpful, especially when resolving issues like missing wings or providing good customer service. One staff member was praised for their great service from start to finish, and another was noted for being incredibly sweet and attentive.
However, there have been some challenges. Customers reported frustration when their online orders did not include a fountain soda, and they were asked to pay extra for a bottled soda, despite having already paid for a drink in their combo meal. Wait times for takeout orders can sometimes be over 10 minutes, even when a specific pickup time is requested. Additionally, the restaurant can be very cold inside, making the atmosphere uncomfortable for diners. Despite these issues, many customers still enjoy the food and plan to return, especially when they experience good service and tasty wings.
