“Though they give you a receipt asking you to take a survey and get a promo code no one on staff knew how to handle it and I gave them one star. Next day manager called me to follow up. Anytime a business actually takes the time to dome this deserves 5 stars. And she told us how to process the code at other locations.“
“Took my Granddaughter there and she had her first B. Split. Took out of town company there for Ice Cream after dinner and they loved it! Both times the Staff was Amazing. First time was the Owner and second time a young man, I believe was Aaron. He was so nice to another little girl in there as a customer, I believe her name was “Lyric”. He was so sweet to this little girl that it made us smile.“
“This building is so pretty from the outside, with a colorful mural painted on the entrance. They are now located in the Jim Coates gallery which means you can now enjoy some art while getting your cuppa.It was slow when I went in, however the upside was a speedy checkout. The cookies they make are very delicious- just the right amount of sweet and they are airy and so soft and yummy!Parking: You can park along the street.“
“Occasionally Starbucks is a Godsend, and this is one of those times. If you find yourself in Globe on one of the 7 days each week that Bernard's isn't open, and you need stronger "coffee" than the tepid brown water offered at the Best Western, then you, like me, will be thrilled this Starbucks is here. 5 stars for its mere presence.“
“A delightful surprise! Having traveled all over the U.S. I've experienced dozens and dozens of coffee shops. Vida e Cafe' checked all the boxes of what a fine coffee shop should be. Friendly staff, opens early enough at 7 a.m., great music selection playing (at perfect volume), not one, but TWO comfy couches, ceramic mugs (so many cafe's don't offer them!), cool artwork, clean bathrooms, outdoor seating, AND delicious food. In fact, my breakfast sandwich (scrambled egg, bacon, cheddar on an everything bagel) served with sides of DELICIOUS honey mustard and pickled cowboy jalapeños knocked this toasty sandwich outta the park! My husband savored the Vida bowl- a massive sweet yogurt concoction of Granola, fresh bananas and strawberries, drizzled with honey. My steamy hot London Fog greeted me in a massive ceramic mug. My Hubbies Latte with oatmilk and sugar free vanilla syrup was perfectly prepared.Thanks, Vida e Cafe, for making our visit to Globe memorable.“
