This used to one of our favorite places for a predictably enjoyable casual meal. Portions got noticeably smaller. Unfortunately, it looks like this one is out of our dining rotation. Too much competition to settle.

We were really looking forward to having lunch at Babbo Italian, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The bread that was served to us was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time. The salad also tasted like it wasn’t very fresh, and the pasta was watery and lacked flavor.
Overall, the food quality did not meet our expectations. It seems like the kitchen could use some improvement, especially when it comes to freshness...

We had the Parmesan Crusted Eggplant which was good. It was served with 2 pieces of eggplant laid on top of the pasta and the sauce was very good. The other ordered was Pasta Rustico which was very good. The Mimosa was good and prices were reasonable. We had a trainee who was followed by a regular waitress and both were very good. This is a good neighborhood restaurant with plenty of parking.
