The burger was exceptional. The bread was far superior than any other fast food places. The burger was crispy on the edges and packed with juicy flavor. It truly was a fresh and delicious burger. I ended up with a single combo which included fries and a drink. The price was over $17 with tax. Corporate greed needs to stop, and because of that...I won't be back.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Daniel during my visit, and his customer service was truly above and beyond. He went out of his way to make our interaction feel warm, genuine, and welcoming, almost like talking with a friend. Daniel’s positive attitude, attentiveness, and professionalism made my experience at Shake Shack especially memorable. Employees like him are a great reflection of your brand, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.
