Went 3x this month. First time no sweet tea after they gave me unsweetened. Had to substitute. 2nd time again gave me I sweet then told me they didn’t have any after bringing me the unsweetened. Ugh. Last night went to get shakes. Placed my order. Waited 20 min. Pushed red button and they said ok we’ll be right out. Waited another 20 min. Pushed the button 4x and no response. Went there on Friday night. Parked in one stall and the order button didn’t work. Moved to a second stall. Pressed the order button, it worked. Waited ten minutes no response. Went to tell someone inside to tell them we wanted to order. Got the deer in the headlight look as they had no response or what we were talking about. Have no reason to ever stop there again.
I placed an order for 2 drinks on the mobile order ahead app (diet Dr. Peppers) @ 8:37 pm. We waited and waited pushed the red button asked about our mobile order and finally at 9:09 pm the carhop brought our order. Not sure what is going on at this place but this is the only Sonic I have this long wait time anytime I go to this
location. I think this may be my last visit. I will drive a little further to get better faster service at another Sonic.
