I think people can be harsh on this location. I have had some issues too but they have come around and fixed the issue. Thx Ben for redoing my sandwich. He was very apologetic and super Duper nice.
I always order ahead through the mobile app and am so confused as to why my drink is never made when I arrive. I schedule a certain time for it to be picked up and once I get there, they start making my drink. If this is the case, what's the point of ordering ahead and scheduling a time for pickup?

Very friendly staff, but be advised, this is not a "full" Baskins Robbins. You can't even tell at all from outside that it's a BR31. It's a combo DunkinDonuts / BaskinRobbins.Inside, they have maybe 12 flavors, definitely not 31+.
