I understand and appreciate that with the whole Covid-19 thing going on that Whataburger is taking extra precautions. For some reason, this location has decided to copy Chick-Fil-A by placing employees outside to take orders but they have no idea what they’re doing. Some cars were directed to drive thru and some cars were told to park and place their order. It took twice as long to get the food. The food was haphazardly thrown together. The shakes weren’t even mixed together....read full review
Great customer service! Cashier was so nice not others place that they always mad dog the customer or have an attitude! Food was good too ! The cashier even asked how we wanted out burger and double check if we wanted anything else !
