“My wife and I visited Arizona Steakhouse today for lunch, and we were very pleased with the quality of the meals. I wanted to point out specifically Sonam for his professionalism and Murphy for never stopping the entire time we were in the dining room. Sonam greeted us immediately, gladly answered questions, was professional in his communication, and remained attentative throughout our meal. As we sat and watched the dining room, we observed Murphy, who didn’t stop the entire time we were there. Everything he did was with genuine consistency, speed and detail. Again, he didn’t stop moving from the time we walked in to the time we left. When we asked for the manager to pay both gentlemen compliments, Chris Stewart expressed appreciation for our input, and then took the time to provide us further insight to the Grand Canyon and other areas we are looking to explore. An overall Customer-service win from beginning to end. Thank you so much!“

“We just found this place. They had a bit of everything on the menu and a little convenience store/ gift shop as well. The staff is so polite, professional and friendly. The food was great and reasonably priced. The restaurant had a great vibe and we will definitely be back. 🥰“

“We actually sat in the lounge here and the view was fantastic. The service here is good but the food is just okay my sliders were not hot barely warm. If you come in here try and get a table next to the window you get a great view of the Grand canyon“

“Found shelter and great food on an unusually cold and snowy day at the end of April at Harvey's after hiking Bright Angel trail. The service levels were definitely picking up for the busy season - we were seated promptly and got adequate attention during the meal. The menu has a good variety, including budget options, like fish and chips, burrito, and pulled pork sandwich. All of these were really good. Pulled pork was juicy and delicious - which is unusual for non-specialty BBQ eateries. We got hot tea for the drinks since outside was wet and cold. The tea box that came with hot water had a perfect variety of caffeinated and herbal teas and we all were able to find a flavor that we enjoyed drinking.“

“Nice shop with some knick knacks. They have a Starbucks in here, and they also have ice cream. It was about $5 for a small waffle cone which was actually quite filling. The ice cream wasn't overly sweet and tasted fresh. Great customer service.
