“Don't really like Carl's Jr. but we had no choice since the car was giving us a little problem. So we sat in 8, while she cooled down, she was bone, dry, put the antifreeze in and jumped back on the road. Put the food was good, and the service was great. Also, thank you to our cashier, who also delivered our food!! Big thanks !!“

“Alexis provided the most outstanding customer service I've experienced and seen, in way way too long! Everything from her polite, friendly, eager to please tone, to her cheerful, fully tuned in to and ready to serve every customer's needs - body language. She was very quick and responsive as well, while taking orders at the counter, drive thru, taking orders to tables, filling drinks, condiments, and much more. And never once, did she break her cheery, delightful, ready to help, happy to serve customers disposition. Please give this sweet young thing the biggest promotion and raise that you possibly can give her! Customer service like how she goes about it, takes me back to a bygone time, and you just don't see customer service how she brings to the table, hardly ever, if at all anymore.
