“Shugrue's is Scottish themed restaurant on the bank of the Colorado next to London Bridge. I visited on a Thursday afternoon around happy hour. I sat in the bar and it was quite busy. I was seated at a high top, and the service was prompt and friendly. The menu was extensive, but I didn't notice haggis. I started with a flight of 12, 14, and 16 year old Balvenie single malt scotch. It was extraordinary. I then ordered corned beef sliders, which were delicious and huge. The house merlot was sweeter than I like. It's legal to carry out a partially consumed bottle of wine in AZ, so I drank one glass of my purchase and took the rest home.The view of the sunset illuminating London Bridge is spectacular.“

“Iwould recommend getting table bussers , all the tables around us had not had the dishes and glasses picked up once every one had eaten! The host should help out insted of just standing at her post . The food was amazing the waiter was amazing (Michael) but to see evey table not cleared after peaple were served was shocking ! You could also have all waiters that walk buy a table with empty hands pick up some dishes it would help ever one out !“

“We are out of town and this is our second day here at the Diner. Both times we got waited on immediately and drinks served to us very very fast. The food was absolutely delicious and I’m very picky about my eggs. On top of it, the fresh squeezed orange juice is the best we’ve ever had. Our server was Alisha, but Ali helped us a lot as well and made very nice conversations with us during the busy hours. Just amazing people. Overall an amazing experience for just going out to eat. We will make sure we come back anytime we are near.“
