I have always had excellent service; I've been promptly seated, they take my order soon after, and check on me throughout my meal just enough. The food is delicious, and it's always reassuring when you see the staff eating the same food as you! I'm a creature of habit and usually order the same thing (though I've tried several different entrees, and they are always yummy); the staff are really good about remembering.
