“The woman who runs this bakery is a super star . She has such a passion for her bread that it shows in her delicious bread . I Purchased her Delicious bread and I will make that 30 minutes drive again to try her bread again . My only complaint is for myself because I did not purchase enough ! “The cookies taste pretty good with a weekly rotating menu. The customer service at this location is pretty bad. The last 5 orders have been wrong. I did call and was offered a refund however the person I spoke to today (she didn't offer her name) said she was very overwhelmed and told me she was the only one working therefore couldn't answer any of my questions or concerns and hung up on me. Experience might be better in person, but I would NOT order from this location unless you didn't care what you ended up getting and don't want any actual customer service.“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“I love this panadería their bread is delish. I had my daughter quinceñera and we gave bread instead of cake . My daughter had a big ass concha as her personal cake the same color as her dress. I just gotta say flavor is great - texture . Service is always very pleasant and friendly. All my family love their pan .“

“I hate to give less than five stars to anyone. However there's always room for improvement. The eggnog tres leches Had no flavor, Exchanged it for a cowboy cookie, Super sweet, but ok. I think the novelty has worn off. Minis are only available mondays and tuesdays, so calendar that. And after speaking with friends and family, we've all come to the conclusion the staff is always so miserable doesn't matter what store. I wonder why that is?“

“We went over board at the Mexican bakery for my Nana 😁 A BIG SHOUT OUT TO Mi PANDAERIA for always having the best Pan!! They are my sisters neighbors and are always coming through for us on our big orders. They not only have the BEST PAN, BEST CAKES, BEST COOKIES and most importantly AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 💞They are located downtown Avondale💞“

“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

“The workers remind me of the Minions... the job is easy... I like it... the payroll does have some flaws to it... pay attention to your sign in and out... Ameritemps warns you about how strict the human resources department is... follow common sense food safety rules and be ready to work hard if you get sent there and you'll be alright... I'm going on week four now and maybe I'll get hired on... I'll update next week...“

“On my first visit, I tried a sample of white cake covered with a thick creamy frosting, trimmed with chocolate and topped with strawberries. I bought some and loved it. When I came back for more today, they didn’t have it. I love this bakery, the staff is friendly, and everything is good. Just want more white cake with strawberries.“
