“Wonderful experience at BNR today. I hadn’t visited in a while trying to watch my sugar. But today I craved a Banana Royale this young man took such prestige in making my banana royale, he carefully placed the bananas around the bottom of the cup, scooped my two favorite ice creams black walnut and pistachio added the topping and whipped cream and gently placed two left over bananas on top with plenty of nuts and a cherry on top! That banana royale tasted so delicious and it helped that this young took so much care in preparing it! Great Job!!“

“I am so impressed with the cake that I picked up from cold stone from my daughter’s 15th birthday. She was looking forward to an ice cream cake, and we didn’t know if we could make it happen in such short notice, but cold stone came through. They made sure that they got it to me on time even a little earlier than expected. Everyone at the party was so impressed on how beautiful it was and the taste was amazing. Many people at the party, wanted the information to be able to purchase their cakes. I would highly recommend this company. It was fast, friendly, and delicious.“

“They brought back the blueberry muffin batter back and if you haven't had it well you haven't lived yet! Add some yellow cake maybe some brownie and then when you get home add some fresh blueberries.... OMG! Get this in your face! Pound it in my mouth hole because I love this so much I could eat it every day! The only thing that upsets me is that I have not had this in a few years because it's a special flavor..... Well cold stone! I need this to be an option in my life at any time. How can you do this to people and let them taste something so amazing and then tell us... Well it's only here for a month and then you will not see it again for at least 4 years! I know it's been longer than that but!!!! I really hope they make this an every year event! “I had went on Friday and was treated INCREDIBLY kindly by a lady working, she was a bright person and made a fantastic ice cream! She recognized the people walking in and then told them goodbye when they left! She was incredible with her customer service and made my night! I wish she had a name tag so I could direct this to her but thank you for the incredible ice cream young lady! (Darker hair)“

“Shout out to the young lady named Rain! Amazing customer service during a rush and made sure to ensure no cross contamination for my brother with celiac disease. I hope she is recognized for taking initiative amongst her peers. We got our ice cream very quickly ! 10/10 will come back“
