“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

“This location has consistently satisfied me. But this visit today was by far the best that I've ever had at a Burger King. Food was HOT, fresh and the service was friendly and professional. Maybe someone should carbon copy their SOP. Great job, and Thank you!“

“Yo I went there on Tuesday 10/21/25 and the sweet and beautiful manager lady with the great locks and glass, and laid back guy with the ponytail working the night shift did an amazing job of customer service. They were polite prompt and attentive and I think they deserve a raise or reward for their excellent service.
I told her I’d promise to do a survey, but I loathe the receipt.
