This was a class act! Our 50th anniversary dinner was so special. We arrived early to listen to the Native American flutist. The receptionist commented on our anniversary. Our waiter was terrific and chatted about our special day. The other servers also complimented us. It was such a personal experience! The food was superb. The wine great. And the lemon cube dessert was to die for! It was quiet. Perfect ambiance! I highly recommend the Core Kitchen. It was worth the extra money...
Love celebrating at the Core Kitchen at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain!!! The entire staff was outstanding, including Nick the bartender and Dylan our waiter. Thank you for a wonderful evening celebrating our son's college graduation!!
The good news is that the Core Restaurant didn't charge us for the D---ny's quality brunch. I had mistakenly booked an earlier table believing it was the prix fixe(?) which didn't happen until after 5. My mistake. According to the Open Table listing, that De--ny's brunch would have cost us both just shy of $400. We've been to the Ritz in years past for holiday dinners, but this was unbelievable. I still can't believe this happened.
