Luna Cafe is a local cowboy-themed restaurant with a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. The new owners have transformed it into a great dining spot, with excellent food and service. The menu features items made from scratch, such as hand-battered chicken fried steak and homemade biscuits. The breakfast potatoes are a standout dish, and the service is consistently attentive and professional. Located in a working cattle auction house in Avra Valley farmland, Luna Cafe is worth the short drive. Some reviews mention the chicken fried steak as one of the best ever eaten, and the churro French toast and bread pudding are highly recommended. The breakfast omelet, haystack, and XL cowboy breakfast platter are also popular choices. Prices are good, and service remains very good. One customer noted the absence of tomato juice, but overall, visitors find the food excellent and look forward to returning. Some suggest adding hashbrowns to the menu.
