Personally, I think this place was excellent. She was so nice and cheerful and when she made a mistake on my drink, she seemed very apologetic and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service. Her cheerful attitude made me want to come back again! Coffee was delicious as well 😋
I ordered a "Carmel Macchiato" - a drink I've reliably ordered for years... When I made the order the barista asked if I wanted a "Caramel Mocha"....I shrugged, said sure, took it and continued shopping at the Frye's it's nestled into. It was fine, I suppose.
It’s hit or miss at this location. Some of the staff seem to really hate their jobs and act like you are bothering them by daring to order a coffee. (Natalie) The drinks are usually pretty good at this location.
