“Delicious raspberry cheesecake cookie. The Graham cracker flavored cookie was moist but yet firm enough not to crumble when bitten into. There was just enough sweet cream frosting and the raspberry preserves were just right. Also. It was not too sweet either. A good balance of flavors.
I was highly disappointed though that only on their third day of the week, they were already out of their Holiday tree cake /cookie.
Also, as always, their cookies are way too expensive to eat for more than an occasional treat.“
