Went into Freddy’s and the staff was super nice and the service was great! The only issue was how hot it was inside. I went to wash my hands and the bathroom felt like a sauna. I also noticed the employees were sweating while they were working (which isn’t great considering they are working with food). Hopefully they can get the AC situation fixed soon because I can’t imagine working in that heat all day, especially being around the grills and hot...

Im sure my experience would have been better if I had chosen to dine-in rather than pick-up. Food was cold and not so fresh, but employee at the drive thru was friendly and I received my order very quickly. Will try them again and update my stars.
