“Absolutely fantastic. Best green curry I’ve found anywhere that wasn’t a curry spot. Portions are big. Orange chicken, lo mein, soups, and fried rice are perfectly made staples!! Excellent prices and the food is always super hot. Super friendly people and very helpful with additions and sides to get us what we were looking for (a little bit of everything) without spending extra or ordering doubles. Excited to work through the rest of their menu this year!“

“THE BEST! This is by far the best food truck I have hired for my business. Carlo and his staff were efficient, fast and friendly. Carlo was easy to work with and showed up on time. They fed 220 employees over a long hot day. Only positive feedback from the employees. We had 4 choices: beef, chicken, pork belly and tofu. HR people in cannot recommend enough.“

“idk if there is new management or what it is but let me say me and my girlfriend have been absolutely blown away with the service and food quality the past few times we have stopped by….. the ladies at the register are consistently happy to see customers come in and are very welcoming. Tried the beef udon for the first time and it genuinely was one of the best dishes i’ve ever had especially in this area. Thank you all who work at this particular location!!!! We see the work you guys are putting in and it’s definitely making a difference in this world. Will be back for more udon ASAP.“

“I had the Korean chicken curry here and it was so delicious. It came with a cup of soup and a small container of kimchi daikon. Thankfully, the white rice wasn't mushy. Their presentation is pretty fancy for a food court. I don't know if I'll be back despite it being tasty. For $17 in a food court I expected more side dishes than two slices of daikon.“

“I had an appointment in Gilbert and I was starving. I pulled into this plaza and saw Wild Ginger. I stopped in to do a take out order. I saw the pan fried noodles. ordered and swallowed the meal 😋. I added it to my Google maps to return so that I could dine in next time I was in the area. It took me several months to return but it was worth driving 32 miles to eat here along with some great friends. It's cozy and romantic and decor is nice. The servers need to be more friendly and engaging. I did like the consistency of the food from my first impression. We ordered pan fried noodles, Singapore noodles, pineapple fried rice and fried tofu for dessert. No disappointments.“

“Despite being known as an all you can eat sushi restaurant, we ordered take-out. The rolls are really good - thin roll of rice around the fish which is great (who wants to eat a bunch of rice on a sushi roll). The sashimi is thick cut and very fresh. Great price point.“
