“Q: What's a chicken's favorite vegetable? A: Bok bok bok bok bok choy! What better way to spend a Friday than with some gal pals and good food? I ordered a #21 Spare ribs clay pot and a HK-style lemon tea for myself while some housemade fried fish filet, beef chow fun, and deep fried buns with condensed milk was shared between the four of us. All were oh so good. First things first about those who haven't had claypot rice: The rice is supposed to be crispy. That's arguably the best part of claypot rice! Yes, it takes 20 minutes to make (and it says so on the menu). Why? Because it is made to order. The rice goes uncooked with your chosen topping/entree, and it gets baked together. It's essentially an individualized casserole dish. Some soup gets served on the side, and while it is tempting and tasty to eat on its own, you pour the soup into your claypot rice towards the end to eat with the crispy rice. It's essentially part two of your meal. Claypot rice is also served with a special soy sauce based sauce you can use for your rice once you eat all the yummy toppings. As for all the other good eats, they were good! The housemade fish filet is incredibly delicious. Don't be assuming you're getting frozen stuff here. It's moist and tender and comes with a nice sauce on the side. The beef chow fun showed great technique with no broken noodles and lots of flavor. As for the deep fried buns with condensed milk, it's a nice sweet treat before the start of the meal. As for the HK-style lemon tea, just get it! I love this place! I can't wait to introduce more friends to this great eatery. I'm wishing Claypot Kitchen much success!“
“I love eating here all the time when I'm in town. Today I went in and the cooks were making comments and staring at us with attitude. Like rolling off the eyes I'm like you know we can see you. They still had an hour and half before closing. I think the people in the back need to be professional. I might try a new on next time.“
“Thai Spices is my favorite Thai spot in South Phoenix. I have yet to have something on their menu that I dislike. Plus, the staff is always so kind and helpful (even when they are super busy). I order takeout from here atleast once a week and they rarely have more than 15 minute wait on food. They are super quick but they don't compromise in flavor or quality. I also really appreciate how easy it is to make meals vegetarian or vegan there! My boyfriend and I usually order their panang curry and pad kee mow!“
“I had the beef tempura, the beef was overcooked and very tough. And when they slice it they didn't go through all the way so there were pieces that you had to pull apart to eat with no knife. The vegetable tempura part was good and the sauce was good. The waitress had to be reminded to bring me water with no lemon, and she got my friends and my bill mixed up. All in all my friend and I were not overly impressed.“
“Me and my Boyfriend got the Da Pan topoki , we were able to share one ! It was a large portion enough for 2 people. It was perfect, the flavors were amazing it is spicy and sweet with, eggs, rice cakes(topoki), fish cakes , veggies, fried squid and other toppings! Definitely one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time!“

“Love the food here, best Mongolian Beef around. Honestly haven't tried anything we didn't like. The pork rolls are huge, 5"x 1½" at least. Veggies are crisp and fresh especially in the stir fry. Super fast service; we place big orders for usually 5 entrees and they consistently have it ready within 15 minutes tops (usually 10, about how long it takes to get there from Ray & Kyrene). The owner and all the counter staff are excellent. Highly recommended!“
“Get outta here. This place is ?.Wife had the XO Noodles. A little spicy, but very good. I had the fried rice with braised chicken. The flavors were amazing, but the texture of the chicken is far too soft. I excuse it because of the flavors... fried rice was a little oily, but only slightly so. Friend had the Shaking Beef. Goodness it looked good. Can't wait to try it next time I'm in Arizona. Another friend had ramen with shrimp. The noodles looked excellent, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Another friend had the chow me in. He said it was good and that I should try it next time. Soft shell crab sticky buns appetizer was outstanding, just know that it comes with an aioli. Similarly, the calamari fries and comes drizzled with a semi-spicy aioli. They were very small, but very tasty. Finally, another friend had the pork belly sticky buns appetizer. I didn't try it because pork belly is too fatty for me, but he said it was good.“
“My husband and I drove 50 mins for their Bun Bo Hue and it was absolutely worth the trip! The broth is so flavorful and rich, service was great, and the staff was really kind. Their satay (chili oil) for the soup is the perfect level of spicy. Their portions are really nice and big too. Honestly, a 10/10 for everything. It def gets busy so I suggest calling ahead of time to make sure there's still food left and check their hours because I think they do close early if/when they run out of food. Can't wait to come back and try their other dishes!“
“This place is so good!!! and reasonable!!!. I first soloed it for lunch a few years ago in the restaurant and got a lunch combo. It is pretty small inside so nearly all of their business is Togo or delivery. We usually order delivery and regularly order the same thing, like tonight. We get the Crab Rangoon, Orange Chicken, Vegetable lo mein and Shrimp and Eggplant in Garlic Sauce. Everything is quality and flavorful. I called in the order and the delivery was literally at my door 14 min later. We live at Ray and Lindsay and they are on Warner and Lindsay, so a long block and into the housing tract Crazy!!! Anyways if you like shrimp and you like eggplant, you will be very impressed with that dish, highly recommend it!“
“This was our first time at Nardo and we were not disappointed. From when we arrived until we left the service was top notch. The food was top quality. The Strawberry Salad fresh and flavorful. My husband is a puttanesca freak so he chose the pizza...it didn't disappoint . I enjoyed the Rigatoni with sausage and mushrooms in a crème sauce . We topped it off with a Tiramisu to die for..... the outdoor seating was inviting and the indoor decore is unique. The background music was pleasing to the ear. We will return on our next trip to continue our culinary delight.“
“Wild Ginger Asian Bistro is located in an aesthetically pleasing strip mall in Gilbert and the decor inside is simple but clean. It felt a little dark inside, but low lighting obviously doesn’t impact your food at all!Our server was exceptionally kind and patient with our daughter that came with us. She brought out her fried rice ahead of our mains to help manage our busy toddler. That was greatly appreciated and thoughtful. We ordered the egg rolls which are HUGE. I mean absolutely massive and thick, which made it difficult to really enjoy the crispy shell. The flavor of these was good, but the ratio of filling to shell is off due to the size of them.Chicken lo mein was about what I expected but not as tasty as I secretly hoped it would be. The noodles were well cooked as were the veggies, but it was more oily than flavorful. It left me a little disappointed. The shrimp pad thai had a sweeter flavor and wasn’t very spicy which was surprising. All in all, this was a decent place to dine it. I don’t know that I’d drive out of the way to eat there again, but I can see this place being a local go to for quick Asian cuisine.Kid-friendliness: Staff were patient with our toddler and even brought out her food ahead of mains to keep her busy and happy!“
“I love this place.I was having a bad day, so i decided to get out of the house and come to this location. the nice guy inside was so helpful and patient with me.I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. He was patient with me and wasn't rude or trying to rush me.I bought the pork fried rice ?“
“We were heading to our go to dim sum place only to discover it was closed due to vacation. As we were looking for someplace else the wife happened to stumble across the 7 garden dumplings and noodle house and we stopped in. First everything we had was fantastic. We tried several different dishes due to it being our first time. The scallion pancakes were outstanding. Fried perfectly with a nice crunch on it. We tried two different dumpling dishes, the snow pot stickers and spicy chili and onion dumplings. The pot stickers were pan fried just right and super tasty. The spicy dumplings were steamed and delicious. We also had the shrimp rice noodle roll and it was fantastic. By far my favorite out of all the places I've tried it. And last some egg rolls. Cooked perfectly and not greasy from the oil at all. We're looking forward to going back to try the clay pots next time.“
