Burger King in Mesa

“Shawn took our order, assisted with the coupon and gift card and gave us the senior discount on the drinks. He was polite, respectful, helpful and extremely accurate in getting our social orders. The food was cooked by Hunter and he brought it out quickly, hot and nicely wrapped the whopper juniors were tasty, good size and fresh with no grizzle in the meat. I don’t know these people but it’s the first time in a long time I felt “served with respect” and received EXACTLY what I ordered in a timely fashion. We were there at 1:50 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy but everything was completed perfectly. The entrance way smells bad between the entrance doors but not sure what the problem is. I find that at several fast food restaurants recently. They still get 5 stars as the service was terrific and the food perfect. That’s why I came here.“

“I never review fast food places, but the female general manager on duty today (Jan. 29, 2026 at approx 2:00pm) was incredibly hardworking and kind. I am so sorry I forgot her name, but she was so friendly and kind to everyone and was busy cleaning when she wasn't ringing up orders. She offered me extra dipping sauce for my fries and we had a short conversation. I heard other employees talking about how much they'd missed her (apparently she'd taken some time off from working there) and how glad they were when she came back. She was calling everyone honey, sweetheart and was just so nice. I hope her boss sees this and knows what a gem he has running that restaurant!“

“I'm giving this Burger King a five-star rating for everything especially to Ilka and Abby who are managers there they were short-staffed and they still did an amazing job they both had beautiful smiles they were polite they were nice they were funny I loved it and they were still with good customer service amazing customer service thank you ladies for a good visit five star all the way God bless“

“Lady behind counter was perfect. She helped me for several minutes. Insuring I had exactly wahat I wanted. Thank you. She had no name. The last time I went to a Bk. Was when they had blue buns. My experience at my home town Bk. Was so bad. This lady was great.“

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. My Greyhound bus was delayed over 90 minutes so I went to cool off and they offered me a seat inside where its cool, dry and safe until my bus arrives. That's customer service. Thx. The fries were fresh and hot as well.“

“Late night. Ran out of buns so substituted. Laughed when I had a big order and said it'll be awhile 20+. One cook and one front end guy. The cook was cool though but the one running the register must have had a bad day.

Will go again because of deals but maaaaan I hope he ain't there.“

“I had the ultimate steakhouse whopper today. It was deliciously made. I asked for it cut 1/2 with added bbq sauce. The mushroom in it were delicious I should have ordered extra on my burger. I demolished it. I came here thinking I'd be disappointed by the usual menu. Try this. I loved it .“

“Whoa! Gentleman actually wanted to take my order instead of ignoring me and yelling to use the kiosk like almost every other Burger King. Got my food hot and delivered before I could come out the bathroom. Yaaaassss crew!

“It doesn't matter when or time I come to this Burger King these Managers, GM, Daryl and Manager Juan and Cody have this crew moving in a positive way and I hear a lot of coaching going on.. Food and Service is always great!!! Keep up the great work!!!“

“Was going in to grab a quick bite. I dont care but I thought this was funny. This location has a lock on the restrooms that requires you to insert coins. To prevent vandalism apparently, or to offset the cost. Well I turned around because who has coins, ill find another spot a half mile down the road to get a quick bite 🤣 but hey five stars because they deserve that if they missed out on my few coins AND the price of a meal. Bit of a backfire 💀“

“Chuy is cool asfc and has goated customer service , he got me a good 5$ deal for the whopper jr and a chicken sandwich and i asked if it would be out before 2:41 pm as that’s the time my bus came , it was 2:30 when he took my order in which he said he would have it out in a minute , my order was up at 2:31 and it was indeed a minute , and the food itself was bomb asfc , filled me up rq b4 i hopped on the road to my baseball game 🙏🙏🙏“

“Sobbing right now, I've been eating the same thing here since 14 getting rodeo chickens, then mysteriously 3 years later it was taken off the menu. It took me 9 years and trying to order this item from various different burger kings and they always told me no. Well today I truly had it my way and it was a nostalgic trip back into the past when colors were brighter and the world seemed more vibrant. Best burger king in town no doubt. Excellent customer service, thank you guys & kitty who helped make my sandwich possible.“

“Ok Burger King I hear ya loud and clear. I’m not one to stop here for breakfast but today I’m glad I did fresh hot crisandwich the sausage had great flavor im pretty sure that was real sausage unlike other fast food place I don’t care to mention. Now I’m intrigued to try other breakfast items on your menu. I will be back great job by the way it’s December 12, 2023 at 10 AM.“

“Nice new place.. however ordering is all digital and a it had little bit of a wait for the food. Perhaps they need some help in the kitchen as there was only one cook from what I could see. But I recommend this place if you aren't in a hurry.

“Gotta love this place. The chicken wraps are so good. Papa juniors are my favorite but I also gotta love the ice cream. My puppies and I go a few times a week although the ice cream was down the other day. Make sure you get that back up please“
