Burger King in Mesa

“We went through the drive-thru, and it felt like we were being rushed through our order. We barely had enough time to glance at the menu to make any choices. The girl on the headset was rushing us through our order instead of waiting for us to decide. It was very rude of her. My husband barely got his order in before she clamored, "Is that all?" I still had to place my order. She didn't let us pause for a moment to even start the next part of it. I really like Burger King. I don't like being rushed through my ordering just to make quota when there was no one else behind us.“

“Would like to commend the management and staff at this location. I am in awe of how much this place has changed. Special thank you to Ethan and Jordan. They both made my family’s trip one worth while. The food was excellent and came out delicious and in good time and the customer service made my night!“

“This location always provides quick and consistent service. The food is always what you'd expect from Burger King. I've been to this location probably 25 times and they've never messed up an order. One of the better BK locations in East Mesa.“

“For fast food Burger Kings Whopper Jr. Is my favorite and always great. Service is good but mostly a self serve place. For atmosphere, the store and bathroom is clean.What else can I say. I do frequent Berger king oftenI dine in and use the drive thru.“

“Late night. Ran out of buns so substituted. Laughed when I had a big order and said it'll be awhile 20+. One cook and one front end guy. The cook was cool though but the one running the register must have had a bad day.

Will go again because of deals but maaaaan I hope he ain't there.“

“I met a man by the name of Brandon. I was greeted as soon as I came in the store. Brandon put my order together ASAP.. The store was very clean and food was great. Great job to Brandon and his crew.

Parking: Plenty of parking close to the door.“

“I got a chance to stop by today for lunch. Not the first time but I came back because the lady at the drive-thru is quick no nonsense or rhyme just bam gets your order in and out quick. I had to pay her a compliment to Latia today. I made sure to let her Manager Daryl that I appreciate her for that. Both are good hard hard-working folks. From one of your customers thank you so much.“

“Nevaeh D. She went out of her way to make sure I received the best customer service I deserved. She was on point and a very hardworking person. If I go again I’d hope to see her there because I know I’ll get treated the way I should be treated.“

“Whoa! Gentleman actually wanted to take my order instead of ignoring me and yelling to use the kiosk like almost every other Burger King. Got my food hot and delivered before I could come out the bathroom. Yaaaassss crew!

“Ok Burger King I hear ya loud and clear. I’m not one to stop here for breakfast but today I’m glad I did fresh hot crisandwich the sausage had great flavor im pretty sure that was real sausage unlike other fast food place I don’t care to mention. Now I’m intrigued to try other breakfast items on your menu. I will be back great job by the way it’s December 12, 2023 at 10 AM.“

“Chuy is cool asfc and has goated customer service , he got me a good 5$ deal for the whopper jr and a chicken sandwich and i asked if it would be out before 2:41 pm as that’s the time my bus came , it was 2:30 when he took my order in which he said he would have it out in a minute , my order was up at 2:31 and it was indeed a minute , and the food itself was bomb asfc , filled me up rq b4 i hopped on the road to my baseball game 🙏🙏🙏“

“Sobbing right now, I've been eating the same thing here since 14 getting rodeo chickens, then mysteriously 3 years later it was taken off the menu. It took me 9 years and trying to order this item from various different burger kings and they always told me no. Well today I truly had it my way and it was a nostalgic trip back into the past when colors were brighter and the world seemed more vibrant. Best burger king in town no doubt. Excellent customer service, thank you guys & kitty who helped make my sandwich possible.“

“I got the impossible vegan hamburger, it is so so good, their French fries so good. You can never tell if it is vegan, it tastes and looks just like meat. So good! The price bothers me a little, it costs more money to try to eat healthier.“
