“Went through the drive thru to get my food. Made the mistake of not checking the bag at the window. The staff had forgotten one of my sandwiches. I drove back and asked the counter for my sandwich with my receipt. They were apologetic and gave me some free fries for my troubles. Though this mistake knocks it down a star.“
