“Oh my gosh, I love the manager here sapphire is one of a kind she goes above and beyond. She is so compassionate about what she does here and cares about her customers. It’s always clean. The bathrooms are super clean. She has a wonderful personality. Her attitude is so great, and she greets us with a smile all the time, we need more managers at Burger King like her if everybody Was so kind and caring like sapphire. The world would be a better place. Good job Burger King for hiring this lady. She’s one amazing lady. I love her positive mindset .“
“So, this is my go to location, because the one closer is pretty awful service-wise. We got raw burgers that were half cooked after waiting forever, despite ordering on the app. But I digress... This location... The staff is nice, but they mess up our Impossible Whoppers regularly but putting mayo on them when asked to omit it. Last time not only did they add mayo, but CHEESE, which obviously a vegan can't eat. They also left the bacon off the bacon burger. (We've got a mixed diet family). I'll continue to go here because of the Impossible Whopper, but one never knows if the order will be accurate or not. ?“

“For fast food Burger Kings Whopper Jr. Is my favorite and always great. Service is good but mostly a self serve place. For atmosphere, the store and bathroom is clean.What else can I say. I do frequent Berger king oftenI dine in and use the drive thru.“
“Very fresh and fluffy bun. Food hadn't been cooked in sitting around awhile. I was actually in the Drive-Thru and when I left I had to go to the bathroom so when I went to the next Burger King I showed him my receipt and they let me use the restroom because it's for customers only. ?“
“Went to a Burger King for the first time in years and it's still a good place to catch a quick burger and fries. Prices are a bit high, but what prices aren't these days. Had a whopper with cheese and it tasted just like the last one I had. Consistency is a good thing. Yeah, I'd eat at Burger King again.“
“I came in after work had like 20 min before I had to catch a bus. I had to wait a bit, but they comped me a drink for the time.I still finished my burger fries and drink and had a few minutes of chill time before the bus came.Say what you want, but it seems to me so many fast food places these days aren’t as fast and cheap anymore. “I'm just a kid who bikes here a lot with my friends and i come here at least once a week and this place has actual fresh food unlike the other ones very rarely have i got "not fresh" food its been there for ma good 2 years and only 3 times have i ever had "not fresh" food which is fine I'm not picky unlike the other people who whine about it. The employees are cool and are very friendly they let me slide with free soda. this the only burger king i like and would recommend coming here only improvement that could be made is just the tables are clean but 1 or 2 have crumbs and stuff (rarely) 9/10“
“The manager , who is a 50 to 60 year old woman named “Maria”, was so rude to me today for the last time. If this Burger King goes out of business she is directly responsible. When I pointed out to her an inconsistency I had experienced in hopes that it didn’t happen again she flew off the handle acting as if she had birthed the beef herself, and from the looks of her, this was very well possible. I was nothing but polite and only expressed how I wanted my food to be, which is her job to satisfy. Burger King on University , you should not have this idiot managing the drive thru window, much less the entire store. She belongs in the back counting boxes or scrubbing the toilets because she treats people like , and has treated me badly for the last time. I will not be back and between our softball team, my friends businesses and after church gatherings I/we/they will not be spending upwards of $600 at this location weekly. You have Maria to thank for that . In addition I will be sure to inform as many people as possible to not eat at this location until I see that she has been fired or at least is demoted . She obviously has a screw loose. Maria you are an ugly woman and a pathetic excuse for a fast food worker.“
“Ok Burger King I hear ya loud and clear. I’m not one to stop here for breakfast but today I’m glad I did fresh hot crisandwich the sausage had great flavor im pretty sure that was real sausage unlike other fast food place I don’t care to mention. “Sun Morning 700 am ish went to drive up apparently the cook forgot to start the grill(?) took a few minutes to get my burger, the lady at the window apologized profusely for this and rewarded me with a small extra fry and I was a happy camper. I think she said her name was jessica? not sure .. but I go to the auction in that area every Sun. so ! will be back.....food was definitely fresh... lol“
“Check your schedule. Check the date and time of this review. See who was on the line because this was the best Whopper I've had in at least 5 years. Perfect amount of condiments. Usually I ask for extra pickles. Didn't need to. You want to win bonus points? People love pickles. 2 or 3 pickles? Not enough. The entire burger should be close to covered at least 1 layer thick. 4 or 5 minimum.Give this team a raise. They were all fantastic!“
“I grab a coke through the drive thru here a few times a week and I am always impressed by the service. Brittany who works the drive through lane is always so polite, makes me laugh, and remembers who I am. The little things like that are what make specific locations stand out!!“

“I have been here twice recently and the service was outstanding. The first time was after 6PM and noone was around at first glance, so I looked around and was surprised by how clean everything was. The floors, counters and cooking area. A kind young man with glasses and a beard warmly greeted me. I asked if the food was sitting for a while and he assured me it would be cooked fresh. He was very kind and true to his word. Everything was prepared how I asked.The second time was a couple days ago and a woman helped me. I inquired about her job and she told me she was from another store. She was very personable, easy to talk to and attentive with my order. Again, no food sitting around and the back area was clean and organized. That means a lot to me. Once again, it was cooked to order. Thanks!“
“I accidentally came and got a small order literally 5 minutes before closing and Skylar was so professional and I apologized for coming so late and he said it was ok it wasn't a problem and said it without any attitude or sarcasm.
