“What a great burger and an amazing experience! The manager Tao was having a hard time with a difficult and rude customer and I was very impressed with how reasonable he was while working with them. He has a very clean and professional environment, I know I would love to eat at the Burger King location again. And he gave me a free whopper coupon to apologize for the customer, when no apology was needed. THANKS TAO!!“
“I think the assistant manager's name is Danny. Well, he helped me because I'm not really good on computer stuff. He was extremely helpful, explained everything. So next time I can try to do it myself. He made the experience of going to a fast food.Place memorable.He should be commended and it was very, very clean place“
“There is a young lady that works at this location named Dezy. She is as beautiful on the insides as she is on the outside. She is an amazing example of what good customer service should be. In fact she is an amazing example of being a good person in general. Unfortunately that is a rare characteristic to see anymore. If the owners of his establishment were smart they would give this girl more money before she realizes that she that she deserves better. I wish there was more people like her in the todays world. Highly recommend this location specifically because of her.“
“Food & customer service great on the Tuesday breakfast shift Just wish the neon sign said ‘just the drive thru is open 24 hours’ cuz it’s vague & kinda confusing Their neon sign needs to add a few words to their open 24 hour sign So hopefully BK corporate management can change their neon sign on the North window to say ; ( Drive thru open 24 hours )“
“This is the cleanest Burger King I have been to in a while! The staff here is incredible, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I honestly thought good customer service was dead, but it is clearly still alive and well at this location.
Whoever trained this team deserves an award. Great food, great service, and a clean environment. Keep up the amazing work!“
“Whoa! Gentleman actually wanted to take my order instead of ignoring me and yelling to use the kiosk like almost every other Burger King. Got my food hot and delivered before I could come out the bathroom. Yaaaassss crew!

“I had the ultimate steakhouse whopper today. It was deliciously made. I asked for it cut 1/2 with added bbq sauce. The mushroom in it were delicious I should have ordered extra on my burger. I demolished it. I came here thinking I'd be disappointed by the usual menu. Try this. I loved it .“
“Shawn took our order, assisted with the coupon and gift card and gave us the senior discount on the drinks. He was polite, respectful, helpful and extremely accurate in getting our social orders. The food was cooked by Hunter and he brought it out quickly, hot and nicely wrapped the whopper juniors were tasty, good size and fresh with no grizzle in the meat. I don’t know these people but it’s the first time in a long time I felt “served with respect” and received EXACTLY what I ordered in a timely fashion. We were there at 1:50 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy but everything was completed perfectly. The entrance way smells bad between the entrance doors but not sure what the problem is. I find that at several fast food restaurants recently. They still get 5 stars as the service was terrific and the food perfect. That’s why I came here.“

“Last night they unfortunately ran out of the new Chicken nuggets. (I dont blame anyone for that. They are so good) but Olli and his team helped make it right for me and my 5 kiddos, and they accommodated us in the best way to make sure my kiddos were all satisfied, and they still kept offering to help even more beyond expectation. They were so kind and helpful. And my kids were well fed, and just fine. We will definitely be back soon, so they can try those nuggets.

“Great employees. The lady at the window had a great personality she was very sweet. The rest of the crew were funny. They created a hood environment. This is big considering its fast food and most fast food places do not accomplish this. I never leave reviews on these types of places. But it was good enough for me to my time to leave this review. “I'm 70 used to work third shift as a nurse to friends of mine, really like early morning burgers, sometime, that's the only thing that gets the spot first thing in the morning. We so greatly appreciate that they make our burgers.When everybody else wants breakfast“
“I live in downtown Mesa. I drive all the way to this location because the BK on Main Street & Alma School Rd is a trainwreck inside of a dumpster fire. This BK on Country Club Drive is clean and has very fresh food. Everything tastes wonderful and the staff can't do enough for you. This location must have a good manager. The new chicken nuggets are hands down better than McDonald's.“
