“I came to this location yesterday, and they made a mistake on my burgers. I called and spoke to a very kind assistant manager who offered to remake the burgers for me. When I arrived today, the restaurant was clean, inviting, and the staff were very nice. The General Manager, Karen, is definitely a keeper! She not only helped me at the counter, she also provided me with a drink while I waited. Honest, hard-working people work here. I'll definitely be back.“
“I think the assistant manager's name is Danny. Well, he helped me because I'm not really good on computer stuff. He was extremely helpful, explained everything. So next time I can try to do it myself. He made the experience of going to a fast food.Place memorable.He should be commended and it was very, very clean place“
“Shawn took our order, assisted with the coupon and gift card and gave us the senior discount on the drinks. He was polite, respectful, helpful and extremely accurate in getting our social orders. The food was cooked by Hunter and he brought it out quickly, hot and nicely wrapped the whopper juniors were tasty, good size and fresh with no grizzle in the meat. I don’t know these people but it’s the first time in a long time I felt “served with respect” and received EXACTLY what I ordered in a timely fashion. We were there at 1:50 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy but everything was completed perfectly. The entrance way smells bad between the entrance doors but not sure what the problem is. I find that at several fast food restaurants recently. They still get 5 stars as the service was terrific and the food perfect. That’s why I came here.“

“This is the cleanest Burger King I have been to in a while! The staff here is incredible, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I honestly thought good customer service was dead, but it is clearly still alive and well at this location.

“I went in the drive thru this morning on 8/14/26 & got breakfast for my family & I. I was surprised for a large order that it was hot, fresh, made in a timely manner & that’s not the only thing wonderful about my Burger King experience. The good looking, young, black, gentleman John cleaning the windows outside had a big smile & said hi to me making me feel welcome. I’m an ol grandma & would like my future son in law to be just like him. Then to top it off, I was greeted by another handsome, smiling, black gentleman Lenny that was nice, fast & gave excellent customer service to me. He made my day being attentive & sweet. Wish I could marry him, wow! The food was hot, palatable & correct. I hate going home from fast food places for example & to find something missing or incorrect. Not this place… this Burger King location Alma school & Main st is my #1 favorite in the valley. Thanks for the excellent customer service Lenny & John!“
“I had the ultimate steakhouse whopper today. It was deliciously made. I asked for it cut 1/2 with added bbq sauce. The mushroom in it were delicious I should have ordered extra on my burger. I demolished it. I came here thinking I'd be disappointed by the usual menu. Try this. I loved it .“
“Whoa! Gentleman actually wanted to take my order instead of ignoring me and yelling to use the kiosk like almost every other Burger King. Got my food hot and delivered before I could come out the bathroom. Yaaaassss crew!

“Great employees. The lady at the window had a great personality she was very sweet. The rest of the crew were funny. They created a hood environment. This is big considering its fast food and most fast food places do not accomplish this. I never leave reviews on these types of places. But it was good enough for me to my time to leave this review. Thank you all for the good customer service and laughs.“

“Came in for an Ice Cream date with my soon to be wife, the Assistant Manager was really nice and informed us that the shake mix was out and our shakes would be a little thick. We both were okay with it! She offered to put milk in instead, and we said that was fine! We will come back again“
“I'm 70 used to work third shift as a nurse to friends of mine, really like early morning burgers, sometime, that's the only thing that gets the spot first thing in the morning. We so greatly appreciate that they make our burgers.When everybody else wants breakfast“
“What a great burger and an amazing experience! The manager Tao was having a hard time with a difficult and rude customer and I was very impressed with how reasonable he was while working with them. He has a very clean and professional environment, I know I would love to eat at the Burger King location again.
