Burger King in Mesa

“I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The service was excellent, and everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming. The managers were especially outstanding—they made sure everything was running smoothly and that customers felt appreciated. Before I left, they even gave me a Burger King crown, which was a fun and thoughtful gesture that made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve been to this location before and had the pleasure of being served by Chrispy. He is fantastic—extremely kind, fast, and provides awesome customer service every single time.

Unfortunately, during my visit today, I witnessed a completely uncalled-for and unprofessional interaction. Chrispy was handling my order, and because I paid with a larger bill, he politely asked another employee, Brandy, for change. Brandy already looked completely overwhelmed and was running around like a chicken with its head cut off (and honestly, it wasn't even that busy).

Instead of just telling him where the change was, Brandy dramatically charged over, slammed the money drawer up, and in a incredibly nasty tone snapped, “The 20’s are under the drawer!!!!” before charging right back to what she was doing.

It was downright mean, toxic, and miserable to witness as a customer. Burger King is definitely no In-N-Out when it comes to business operations, but treating your coworkers like garbage in front of guests is a whole new low. If Brandy can’t handle the heat, she quite literally needs to get out of the kitchen.

5 stars for Chris- he deserves a raise for dealing with that environment, and management needs to address Brandy’s terrible attitude immediately.“

“Drive thru lady needs a day off or somethin she was definitely not in a mood to work. BUT whomever made that bacon king... did fantastic. That was probably the most effort I've ever seen burger king put into their food quality. Patties were fresh, cheese was melted, bacon was good texture and buns were fluffy. Little heavy on the sauce but was still great. Came in at 6:17pm- got 2 kids meals and a bacon king with a drink.

“Shawn took our order, assisted with the coupon and gift card and gave us the senior discount on the drinks. He was polite, respectful, helpful and extremely accurate in getting our social orders. The food was cooked by Hunter and he brought it out quickly, hot and nicely wrapped the whopper juniors were tasty, good size and fresh with no grizzle in the meat. I don’t know these people but it’s the first time in a long time I felt “served with respect” and received EXACTLY what I ordered in a timely fashion. We were there at 1:50 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy but everything was completed perfectly. The entrance way smells bad between the entrance doors but not sure what the problem is. I find that at several fast food restaurants recently. They still get 5 stars as the service was terrific and the food perfect. That’s why I came here.“

“I love this Burger King! I have lived in the area for a long time and always make a point to come to this one. The service is always amazing and the food made fresh. Today the Assistant Manager Hayden helped us out and his kindness definitely put us in a good mood.“

“I had the ultimate steakhouse whopper today. It was deliciously made. I asked for it cut 1/2 with added bbq sauce. The mushroom in it were delicious I should have ordered extra on my burger. I demolished it. I came here thinking I'd be disappointed by the usual menu. Try this. I loved it .“

“Late night. Ran out of buns so substituted. Laughed when I had a big order and said it'll be awhile 20+. One cook and one front end guy. The cook was cool though but the one running the register must have had a bad day.

Will go again because of deals but maaaaan I hope he ain't there.“

“Sometimes in the summer heat you forget the fine details of how your child wants their cheeseburger. I realized when I walked in that I had ordered it wrong, and I spoke to Keljen, who was kind enough to fix my order despite it being 100% my mistake. The facility is clean and cold, absolutely just became my favorite BK in the valley.“

“Great employees. The lady at the window had a great personality she was very sweet. The rest of the crew were funny. They created a hood environment. This is big considering its fast food and most fast food places do not accomplish this. I never leave reviews on these types of places. But it was good enough for me to my time to leave this review.
