“My buddy and I go to breakfast every sunday morning and have a fairly priced meal. There was a time when we would switch off restaurants. However, now we eat at this Burger King exclusively. We eat here for one reason, that reason is Dani. In a world where customer service seems to have taken a back seat, this young lady is devoted to it Who ever reads this please give Dani a pat on the back, she deserves it. I have a feeling the negative reviews were from when the restaurant was still pretty young. I came in a couple times shortly aftèr opening, and it was good, but it has improved, and Dani is fabulous. A.J. is great too, food is always perfect.“
“There was a slight mixup in our order. They flagged me down as I was pulling out of the drive thru to let me know. They went inside to grab the remaining piece of the order and brought it to us. They could've easily let me drive off without a concern. They put in the extra effort and I really appreciate it and them for that!!! Thank you“
“I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by the front counter worker. I ordered my food at the kiosk(It is simple and easy to use, just read the screen/pictures[idk why it's such a task for some people, usually the ones up in retirement age struggle the most] and select your food). My food was ready in a flash and the quality of the burger was delicious! It was hot, juicy, tasty, and the presentation of the Whopper was picture perfect. Unfortunately, I tore into my food before snapping a photo 😂 Well done y'all! I will be coming back for more and this location is now my new favorite burger spot! Tables were clean, staff looked organized and prepared for anything, chairs pushed in and it overall just feels like a great restaurant to dine in. Thank you for the experience!“

I went to Burger King around 7:30 AM, and the service was fast and surprisingly cheerful for that early. My food came out hot, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the place was clean. I walked in half asleep and walked out in a great mood. I’d definitely come back.“

I was greeted by Abraham, he was so amazing took my order with a smile I was so happy I didn’t have to use a kiosk to order I really like the personal service I received. I also want to say thank you, the food was so good it was made fresh to order. I honestly really enjoyed breakfast it was of the best Burger King experience I’ve had in quite some time. I would recommend anyone in the Glendale area that wants to enjoy a good freshly made breakfast. Go visit this Burger King.“

LET START OFF BY SAYING THE NIGHT MANAGER JOSE IS AMAZING AND REALLY KNOWS HOW TO FIX A SITUATION
I would like to start off by saying the evening manager JOSE took this review from a 1 star to a 5 star I went thru the drive thru last night after I got off work and bought me and my friend something to eat. I waited at the windows for atleast 10 minutes before anyone cash me out and my food was bad. I live roughly 3 mins away, my food was not edible, my whopper had a patty the looked and tasted like it had been in the heat drawer all day, I ordered a onion rings and a small fry there was like 4 onion ring total I wouldnt have been upset about that if the frys weren't stale and you could clearly tell they where refried. The worst part was the girl put the fry in the same bag as ours 2 Hershey pies we order causing them to melt them.
I called the store didn't get an answer but I did call back about a half hour later an Jose answered he offered to replace my food or give me a refund. I just asked him to replace our meal, when I went in today to get my meal replaced JOSE replaced my whole meal and cooked my food himself to make sure there wasn't any mess up. He was so polite and kind. I've never had or seen such good service at a fast food restaurant especially with a disgruntled customer. He really is a wonderful person and I believe he deserves a raise or atleast some good praise for his kindness.“
“Texas whatever the hell burger + free fry day = best $10.50 I've spent on fast food in a LONG time. Food was bomb and I'm super full.
I hit the drive-thru every once in a while for quick snack after work and they're consistently fast, and the food is pretty good for being on the lower end price-wise.
They offer the paper crowns all the time too which is cool... I'm tempted, but that's hard evidence I get food without my wife.
Only complaint, fries could use a little more salt... But my body can't so maybe that's for the best.“
“Usually this place is really good with their service. We even had a spell casted on us once. But tonight was the first time the service was below expectations.
First, thank you to the man at the drive thru window for telling us what was going on and why things were hectic for the employees. But getting a new system that everyone is trying to learn should’ve probably been said at the speaker rather than at the window. Instead, the woman taking orders at the speaker kept saying hold on after I said just one thing, kept getting confused in what I had just said, and even forgot to add a sandwich that I had said I wanted multiple times.
I get new systems can be frustrating and during rush it can get crazy. The car in front of me was handed quite a lot of bags so I’m sure that alone was A LOT. The guy at the window looked like he was getting ready to go full panic mode.
That’s not the employees fault. That’s on whoever decided to roll out a new system without giving all the employees proper training. So whoever’s idea that was, that was terrible. These employees deserve to be treated way better than being put under fire like that.
While the employees did the best they could, that’s not why I gave 3 stars. It’s BK’s poor planning that I’m giving 3 stars to.
