“My family and I stopped here for dinner a few nights back because the kids love BK. So, we placed our order in the drive thru fairly quickly with good customer service from the employee. Once we pulled to the window, we still got the same good customer service from each employee handing us our food. The food was fresh and quite delicious which to be honest isn't always the case with BK. However, once we got home, I noticed that they completely missed my wife's whopper that she ordered. So, I drove back myself and informed them of the mistake that was made but they quickly made a fresh one and apologized for the mistake. I can't say how the atmosphere is as it was just a drive thru order and on top of that the lobby was empty once I went back to get the whopper. Overall, I enjoyed the meal we had from BK and will more than likely come back to this location again.“

“It is totally way out of my norm to complement the manager and his staff, I mean after all, its fast food. But after I was done eating, this is exactly what I did and told him to keep it up whatever they are doing and that this was the best BK I've eaten at in many years. I don't expect much from fast food, but I have been eating at this BK for about 10 months now and all is above the fast standard.“

“After trying two other Burger Kings to get a special meal request for our child ( the other two had only one person working and the wait was over 40 minutes) We tried one more location, not wanting to break our kiddo's heart. “We go out of our way now past 2 other burger kings to go to this one specifically, they pay way better attention to the food, order is always correct, they are extremely kind and attentive and just overall great experience. Monica was extra kind and friendly and sometimes that just makes all the difference especially if you are having a bad day and looking for a nice meal to cheer you up and someone friendly. This is the only location we will come back to now.“

“I just left and I have never seen this restaurant so clean. Alma the manager has completely changed this place. Bathrooms were spotless and believe me they didn't used to. The only thing you s they forgot 2 rodeo burgers and I'm already on a bus headed to other side of town. But it was a complete overhaul in a great way.“

“Monica was super cool it's 106 right now on June 4th she helped out everybody really great she's also bilingual and she explained everything on the menu more than anybody could ever I've ever seen do it that good she was very knowledgeable about prices and she seemed to be very smart. Annandale also helped out everyone and was very polite they could be great store runners could probably run their own stores in the future if they had the chance 10 Stars I really appreciate them.“

“This Burger King visit was on point from start to finish. Ordered through the kiosk which made everything quick and easy. Got a fries and onion rings mix along with mozzarella fries and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Topped it off with a strawberry shake and that hit perfectly. The employees were super friendly and kept the whole experience smooth. Definitely a solid stop and I’ll be back again.“

“Burger King don't follow Micky Dees into the fiery end , I've always liked you better two main reasons fast quick and friendly , but more important fair pricing on your food , with the way the economy is ,think about the blue collar worker stopping for lunch , you already taste better , if pricing was fair you'd pull through this rough stretch“

“I have been coming to this Burger King since I was a little girl and the same manager has been there. I believe her name is Rosie! She’s such a hard worker and it really shows! Her staff is always on point as well! Great job, great leadership, and food is always fresh and staff is always friendly! This location is the only place I will eat at because I know they make their food fresh!“

“Burger King offers a solid fast food experience with delicious flame-grilled burgers and a variety of sides. The service is usually fast, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that sometimes the dining area could be cleaner. Overall, a reliable choice!“

“I’m honestly floored by the difference in this team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The cashier greeted me and my family, as well as a few neighborhood kids we brought along.
The playground was accurate and clean, the air conditioning was on (huge win for the kiddos), and the food was A+. Shout-out to Luz Maria and Diana in the kitchen — amazing job. We tried the TX Whopper for the first time and my husband absolutely smashed it.
We had our two children, three neighborhood kids, and our nephews, and this truly felt like an experience, not just a meal. The crew was friendly, professional, and the restaurant was clean. Ms. Jocelyn had her hair net on the entire time, and the whole crew was properly dressed with hats and uniforms — details that matter.
I’ll be sharing a photo of the aftermath of our afternoon picnic. My family and I genuinely appreciate this Burger King.

“Don't forget to swing by to get kids meals. Half price between the times of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.. this is great. During times of hardship for many families. The food was great, fresh, well prepared. The service was good. I won't say it's a five-star restaurant. As we all know fast food restaurants are not. However, the condiments were decent. They did not get any part of our orders wrong or forget any items, so that is a positive. Obviously prices are a little bit higher but look in your mailers for some great coupons and specials. It's an awesome location. They aren't usually very busy and the food tastes great. No tummy issues afterwards so for me that was a positive.“

“I pooped in to get a quick meal to go. Although they are using a kiosk system for placing your order, I was still able to place my order with an employee... problem because it was slow. I appreciate that, because many places are losing touch with REAL customer service: and older adults such as myself, are not liking what we are seeing.“

The Drive-Thru customer service person was so professional, prompt, kind and accommodating! He made sure that I received an Impossible Burger—well done, with pickles and onions only.

He offered such a high level of customer service, and all with a smile! The burger and fries were made to perfection!

Not sure if his name or if he works only night shift but both times ive been there late, he always has a great attitude and makes the food good. “Johnna (Manager) went out of her way to fix an order that was messed up. She explained to me that they had some new staff members, so there were some orders that were off. I just really appreciated her attitude, but also her willingness to fix the problem. That’s what a good employee and staff member does, so I hope this company sees her value and promotes her. I went from being a frustrated customer, to someone who will definitely come back and continue to buy our meals with the family through this location.“

You have driven for 8 hours straight from California and then go to Jack in the Box on 32nd st & Washington. You encounter a worker over the loud speaker that proceeds to tell you “how to order” and says the craziest things to a customer and-, let me just stop there.
We decided to take our business elsewhere and we encountered a respecful young voice over the intercom, welcoming us to their drive thru and asked us to wait for just a moment while he assisted another customer.
