Every time I come in, he is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He always takes care of me, even when I have special requests, and never makes me feel like I’m being an inconvenience. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service make every visit a great experience.

It’s rare to find someone who consistently puts so much care into their work, and Jorge truly stands out. “Its one of my favorite stops , this particular burger king. The employees are a wonderful.
My sandwich wasn't that great. I had a chicken filet sandwich on the specials, my lettuce was very wilted, a lot of Brown edges, and I could squeeze the chicken patty and watch the grease come out and it was kind of a fishy taste..
Will I go back? Yes, is this the first time with a bad sandwich yes.“

“It is totally way out of my norm to complement the manager and his staff, I mean after all, its fast food. But after I was done eating, this is exactly what I did and told him to keep it up whatever they are doing and that this was the best BK I've eaten at in many years. “I haven't had a real har issue w them since I order on the app to pick up on drive thru and even when I order as less than 5 mins they actually take their time to broil a fresh patty instead of tossing a random one that they may have laying there for hot minute. Sometimes there's homeless people asking for money but that's how it is a lot of places nowadays“

“This Burger King visit was on point from start to finish. Ordered through the kiosk which made everything quick and easy. Got a fries and onion rings mix along with mozzarella fries and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Topped it off with a strawberry shake and that hit perfectly. “Monica was super cool it's 106 right now on June 4th she helped out everybody really great she's also bilingual and she explained everything on the menu more than anybody could ever I've ever seen do it that good she was very knowledgeable about prices and she seemed to be very smart. Annandale also helped out everyone and was very polite they could be great store runners could probably run their own stores in the future if they had the chance 10 Stars I really appreciate them.“

“Made an unexpected stop at this location, (ok I stopped so I didn't have to cook😉), I had $7.00 in bills, $2.90 on my card and $6.00 in change. Taurean got stuck with this order, thank goodness, he had no problems even laughed as I dug out change. Really great service from him he's all around great at his customer service skills. “This Burger King is always really clean whenever I stop by. Came in today for a quick lunch and there were plenty of clean tables available. Had an Original Chicken Sandwich with fries and just relaxed for a bit. Nice location and the employees seem to take good care of it“

“Don't forget to swing by to get kids meals. Half price between the times of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.. this is great. During times of hardship for many families. The food was great, fresh, well prepared. The service was good. I won't say it's a five-star restaurant. As we all know fast food restaurants are not. However, the condiments were decent. They did not get any part of our orders wrong or forget any items, so that is a positive. Obviously prices are a little bit higher but look in your mailers for some great coupons and specials. It's an awesome location. They aren't usually very busy and the food tastes great. No tummy issues afterwards so for me that was a positive.“

For whatever reason, the tap to pay reader wasn’t taking my AMEX, and I didn’t have the physical card with me. Simona, your employee, was SO kind, understanding and patient. Not only did she comp the order, she was just so cheerful and friendly and you don’t know how much that meant to me. You have driven for 8 hours straight from California and then go to Jack in the Box on 32nd st & Washington. You encounter a worker over the loud speaker that proceeds to tell you “how to order” and says the craziest things to a customer and-, let me just stop there.
