Chili's in Mesa

“Chili's is usually our go to when we havent planned to eat elsewhere and need to eat out. It's handy to our home, The food is usually pretty good, and it's hard to find a place that serves the right kind of foods for someone watching their diet.“

“Grace was a very good server! She was spot on with our needs and very friendly!
Do not ever get rid of the Quesadilla Explosion salad! It is so so good and I hadn't had it in a very long time and it tastes just the same as the first time I ever had it!
My husband had appetizers as his meal and they too were familiar foods to us. Yummy!!

“We ordered meals for pick up and didn't receive what we ordered or paid for. I called to try to remedy the situation and was told that the best she could do was pass the information on to the manager. it's been three weeks and have not heard a thing! We had a steak ordered rare that was way past well done, missing side dishes, even the kids meal was missing the fries and drink! It's obvious nobody there cares about the customer, not even the management! NEVER AGAIN patronize that place and I will warn everyone OFF going to them! BTW, this was on a slow weeknight NOT at all busy“

“I sat down at the bar already stressing that I'm taking my hour lunch break at a sit down restaurant and planned on asking for a to go box with my order. I was greeted quickly and served my coca cola immediately and once I placed my order off the lunch menu, not a minute later I had a basket of chips and salsa. My main arrived shortly after. The burger off the lunch menu was $10.99 and came with fries, chips and salsa and a drink. Cheaper than fast food and the quality way better. I was in heaven. The bartender, Olivia, was friendly, swift and even invited me back. At this price for quality food and service was worth it for me. Chili's set my positive mood for the rest of the day. 5* and already recommended to my co-workers.“

“I've been to lots of of Restaurants and this Chili's is by far one of my favorite. The reason being is mainly because of the server/bartender Jennifer! Me and a fellow co-worker will literally go 30 minutes out of our way JUST to this location to ensure we will be getting great customer service from Jennifer. She's always in the best moods and by the time I even have time to sit down she already has our drinks ready for us! I'm not saying she is the only reason we come to this location, but definitely is the main reason! I know if you look up customer service in the dictionary it would be a picture of Jennifer serving a nice cold beer with a smile on her face! Best customer service ever!!!!“

“Waiter was great, food wasn't bad but they mixed up the mobile kiosk with the table behind us. When we paid, my father in law couldn't read the screen so he paid and then reviewed the receipt on his phone. Turns out not only was the bill close to $100 more but if you use a kiosk, management can't do anything about it. The collection your personal information including your credit card info to contact corporate the following day.
Leaving took forever and for 6 people we only got 2 $5 off your next visit and 2 desserts to share. Wasn't thrilled.“
