I have been trying to get in contact with the restaurant as I went and got food for my family on Thursday and we have all been extremely sick with what the ER told me was food poisoning. My poor baby girl is able to eat food too and I gave her some of the steak. I want to speak to management I have called multiple times and received no answer!!
I was having a rough day today (a friend passed away and work was stressful to the max) and didn't feel like cooking dinner so I stopped in for my favorite food. When the personable staff member at the salsa station asked me how my day was I said, "Honestly, not that good. I had a bad day, so I'm here for my comfort food." Chipotle Mexican Grill is a decent spot to grab food, offering vegetarian options without meat or dairy. The employees are always so nice and they go out of their way to make your meal perfect. The restaurant has improved, now open past 10:00 PM, convenient for late-night lunch breaks. The food is always good and tends to be fairly consistent, served by hard working people. However, the staff can seem very disinterested in customers. Order with patience, as the service can be slow during peak times.
