The chicken taco del carbon had the hardest tortilla I ever had in my life. That thing must have been sitting out for at least a day before they used it. The rest of the food was okay. They just need to check their product quality.
Since they closed the Del Taco in Payson, I've been very sad. Stopped here after the Guns and Roses concert. Very impressed with the quality of the fish tacos (my favorite!). We stopped at a different one after Golfland Sunsplash summer before last. Their fish tacos were not great. But, the ones here? Yum!! Will go back when I'm in the area again!
