My wife pre-ordered a 4lb ham for pickup. When my wife picked up the pre-ordered ham, they had sold through all the 4 pound hams and sold her a 5lb ham instead. They didn't offer to give it to her at the 4 pound price. They said they needed to sell it at the 5 pound price. WHY PRE-ORDER IF YOUR GOING TO UP-SALE US AT TIME OF PICKUP?
