If you have a lot of time and want a good sandwich, this is a good place to go. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere somewhere else, they take forever and mess up your order. Don’t plan on using the restroom if an employee is on a break.
The sub was delightful! Ordering through the app was a breeze, and the convenience of a quick pick-up made my experience even better. They kindly sliced my sub, a tremendous help during a flare-up of arthritis when gripping things is challenging. The thoughtful touch of toasting the bread while keeping the meats cold added to the overall satisfaction. This initial visit won me over, ensuring my definite return to this establishment.

Man, this is tough, as I LOVE firehouse subs, but I used to come in for 50% food and service & 50% for the hot sauce collection. This was the niche that set all apart... ive continued visiting since covid and just haven't been nearly as thrilled, I think I'm at the end of my experience with firehouse cause that piece that used to separate it is just gone.
