“The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was high quality. They also gave me a great laugh when they called me a lady by mistake although both sides were gracious. They were very accountable and graceful. I respect them for how they interacted with other diners. They knew how to treat their customers and it was a peaceful atmosphere. I wish them all the luck and I highly recommend them.“

“First time in. WOW! It was amazing. Beautiful spot with a great patio. Had Scallop Crudo, Foie Gras, Octopus and Strawberry-Marzipan Shortbread. All beautifully plated and delicious! Nice bar and excellent wine program; I had an excellent glass of Grand Cru Riesling from Alsace France. Service was excellent; professional and friendly. Owner May even stopped by. Impressive! Can't wait to visit next time in AZ!“

“We were looking forward to our maiden experience at Society Swan, and we enjoyed it very much! We went on a Friday night and were very glad to have had a reservation, as it was quite packed. The hostesses we met upon arrival were friendly and accommodating.

We dined downstairs and were seated in a nice location. We were greeted by our very friendly server, and she went over the basics with us. We both ordered a 9 oz. glass of wine to last throughout the meal.

Our server came back shortly after we began enjoying our wine and asked if we had any questions about the menu. We didn't because we scoped it out before arriving and knew what we wanted to order.

Much to our surprise, the food showed up way sooner than we had anticipated! My wife had the sea bass, and I had the short rib dish. Both were amazing, and we ate every bite. That said, if you have a big appetite as I do, you may want to order something else in addition to the short rib dish. While excellent, it was a somewhat small portion.

We passed on dessert, so I can't comment on how their desserts were.

The vibe was great, and while there was a lot of talking and activity going on with a full house, you could still carry on a conversation without shouting at each other, which we appreciated.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and if there was one thing I wish was different, it was that we didn't have more time to enjoy our wine and converse before our food arrived. It made the meal feel a bit rushed. That is nobody's fault for being too efficient!“
