“I have celiac and we are traveling cross county right now and I’m trying as many dedicated gf spots as I can. This was a really special dinner. We ordered at least 8 items off the menu because everything looked so amazing. Everything was very top notch and, to me, somehow tased both familiar and something you couldn’t quite place, in a good way. We tried appetizers, main courses and a couple of desserts and I absolutely everything was amazing! Thanks for a great meal!“

“The food at this restaurant is excellent, and I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Ken, the manager. Even though our interaction before the issue was brief, his friendly and attentive attitude truly stood out and reflected the level of service you expect from a high‑end establishment.
Unfortunately, there was an unfortunate issue with the QR payment verification. We paid through the QR code at the table, but the payment did not immediately appear on the server’s side, which led to confusion. It was frustrating, especially considering the charge had already gone through.
The situation was addressed immediately after the visit. The regional manager contacted me directly, apologized, and assured me that the QR payment process and staff procedures would be reviewed to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate how seriously the matter was taken.
The food is great, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and Ken’s leadership stands out. I’m confident that future visits will reflect the high standards the restaurant aims to uphold, and that QR payments will be verified properly moving forward.“

“Dined as an out-of-town guest from Texas with no background of the Wrigley Mansion. Over-the-top dining experience with spectacular views at an extremely elegant venue! Truly unique from any other 5-star restaurant I’ve had the fortune to dine at worldwide. Artfully displayed courses with lots of hidden surprises. Food and drinks top quality. The staff particularly accommodating to any dietary restriction and quite knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough! Truly blown away.“

“Food was very good. We were the only ones there. Service very slow. Once server took our order, no one paid any attention to us. Had to flag server down to get a 2nd beer. Went up to the bar to pay our bill. No one acknowledged us when we left. Food was excellent, though.“
