Average bbq that has more smoke then seasoning. Drier then the surrounding desert. The smoke is a bit overpowering. Burrito had what felt like 10 strands of cheese in it.
Took at least 20+ minutes to get food. Ordered 2 quesadillas and a bean and cheese burrito and that took 20+ minutes. When I asked the staff how long to get my order they seemed annoyed.
They must have 5 women working up front and a sloth in the kitchen cooking.

The atmosphere of this place is undeniably cool, but the food was a massive letdown. The “soup burrito” (green chile and shredded beef) was so liquidy that it felt more like stew wrapped in a tortilla. The ribs were overcooked and mushy, while the brisket sandwich was so dry it could have passed for beef jerky. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the chips and hot Mexican salsa, which says a lot about the overall quality.
