Stopped in today for the first time to pick up a sandwich.
Service was speedy and staff were pleasant. I enjoyed the sandwich when I got home.
Would certainly go again to try some more of the sandwiches..

Subway at Sossaman near Broadway in Mesa has received mixed reviews. Some customers have praised the speedy service and friendly staff, noting that the bread was fresh and made the sandwiches enjoyable. Several visitors expressed their intention to return to try more sandwiches, indicating a positive experience when served efficiently. However, there have been complaints about slow service and poor customer interactions, especially from an older female employee who was described as rude and unhelpful. Customers who experienced her attitude reported delays, mistakes with their sandwiches, and a lack of proper service, including not following standard procedures. Despite these issues, some customers remain willing to give the location another chance to improve their experience. Overall, the restaurant's atmosphere and service quality seem to vary depending on the day and staff present.
