“The food tasted really good. The service was pretty fast. The cashier could have been a little more friendly. The tables could have been wiped down better. No matter which one we sat at they all had some unseen sticky residue in all of the corners. Overall, a decent experience.“
“While 5 stars might seem a little much for Taco Bell, of all places, this one is quite possibly the best in the valley. I've visited them almost daily for years and they never mess up my order or prepare it poorly. Their service is top tier, they're always friendly and personable, and I legitimately look forward to lunch time because they're awesome. Also, their breakfast offering is bomb -- who knew nacho cheese goes so well with scrambled eggs? Seriously, you may think this is just another Taco Bell, but the crew makes it so much more.“
“This place was busy! The gentleman working the front was handling a demanding/needy customers like pro! I screwed up my order and he insisted on making it right for me despite it being my error. Who ever was working the front counter on 11/14 at 3:20-3:30 pm was a 5 star employees giving customers a 5 star experience.“
“Taco Bell consistently delivers a unique and satisfying fast-food experience that stands out with its bold flavors and innovative menu options. Their commitment to providing a range of choices—including vegetarian and late-night options—ensures that there’s something for everyone. The combination of classic items like the Crunchy Tacos and innovative creations like the Doritos Locos Tacos showcases their ability to keep the menu exciting. The flavors are vibrant, and the ingredients feel fresh, making it a go-to spot for casual dining or a quick snack on the go.\n\nAnother highlight of Taco Bell is their affordability, making it accessible for budget-conscious diners without compromising on taste. The customizable options allow patrons to tailor their orders to fit their preferences, which enhances the dining experience. However, the level of service can vary by location; while many restaurants are staffed with friendly and efficient teams, some might leave a bit to be desired. Overall, Taco Bell remains a fun and tasty option for anyone craving Mexican-inspired fast food, where you can indulge without breaking the bank.“
“I didn't catch the mans name but whoever it was that was working the drive thru late last night was awesome at what they do. We weren't the most easy order to take. We had 2 separate orders, for 3 different people, and they changed up drinks and some items. This man stayed calm and poised throughout the sale and he did a great job serving the food out the window drinks and all. 5 star performance without a doubt. Thanks.“
“Made the first order perfect, and I make a stupid amount of modifications (but it's delicious).
They messed up the second order, and immediately remade it perfect.
Also saw them treating other customers the same way.
Most humane Taco Bell I've ever been to, people come first before the billionaire CEOs“
“I like this location. I can order from the kiosk, or in person, and if they forget something on your order theyll fix it with an upgrade. Foods delicious everytime. Yessir!!!!
Parking: The parking lit that this taco nell is located in is seemingly a nightmare everywhere else except for the taco bell itself. Always low traffic and easy to navigate. Very fast drive thru, too.“
“Amazing experience tonight thanks to Christina! The efficiency she had was incredible but her customer service was even better. The drive thru was very busy but she took the time to be friendly in between taking orders. Very welcoming feeling compared to the use of AI and our order was perfect!“
“Don’t you hate when they forget the sauce? Or even just napkins?? This place does NOT do that!! Every single time I order I am given a smile and the top notch amount of sauce and napkins- I’ve never once had a bad experience or been let down by this bell, unlike baseline…everyone here is super sweet especially the dark skinned woman with the lip piercings!! Idc if there’s a location closer to me- this Taco Bell is THE one and only Taco Bell I will go to. Period.“
“Asst manager or opening guy was very snappy and rude. Spoke to me with a derogatory attitude. He was trying to rush me like my life depended on it. I stayed calm. Was surprised. Then as he walked away to finish his prep worked I ad a customer slowed him down from, turned and his eyes a fixed on me as if I should feel intimidated or scared. Bazxar to say the least.“
“I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for several years now, after having a truly terrible experience at the Power/McKellips location, and I really have to give credit where it’s due.
The staff is friendly and courteous; the food is fresh and well-made. On the rare occasion that my order is not correct, the issue is resolved promptly and respectfully.
If, like me, you are directly between several Taco Bell locations, give this one a shot!“
“This Taco Bell (1125 S Dobson)was absolutely amazing customer service and the food was absolutely amazing.
This Taco Bell is WAYYY better than the one on 1256 S Country Club. They asked me if I had a mobile order then I said no and they disappeared for 10 minutes and I was the only customer there. I pulled up to the window and no one was there so I left without being able to order.“
“Normally this locations a hit or miss but Mariya made the best of my visit. Splendid customer service and was such a sweetheart. I can tell she’s definitely one of the best employees yall have and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves“
“Robert is the best employee, of any establishment, that I have encountered in a long time! He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and willing to help. Actually WANTING to interact with and help the guests…that is a skill that is hard to find nowadays. Hats off to Robert! Keep him around!“
“10 stars across the bell if I could. Top 5 TB in the state best I’ve had in Mesa over the last 20 years. Vito and company checked every box of what fast food service should be. From a warm reception to checking to make sure my food was good and hot. The restrooms and dining area were top notch. I couldn’t have bean more happier about this visit. Thank you Vito C.“
“The food would be great if they made what was ordered. The difference in price from one taco to another is significant. However, if you pay for a supreme and not get it, they keep the money. Must be saving for the employees annual bonus. Please ask and double check all orders prior to leaving the drive thru. Otherwise the only recourse is to go back.“
“Food is Taco Bell, it's generally standard it's always as expected I wouldn't say it's four or five stars, but their service definitely great at this location and I went to on Val Vista and baseline, generally they're all pretty good too with their staff I haven't had any complaints per say these guys went above and beyond... I wish that the owner would put the plugs back at the bar area that was designed for people to get on their phones and laptops, there's hardly anyone ever in there now I granted have not checked on a Friday or Saturday night but all the weekdays that I've been there and the week nights there's never anybody really in there and it would be a good opportunity for someone that's going to Panera across the street or filberto's across the street or any of these other coffee shops and restaurants to do work they could be there getting breakfast lunch and dinner like I do in a lot of places that I pop up for my virtual work... They had them set up and then they blocked them with flat outlet covers... I was excited when I saw that they had something set up that I could go work by the window you drink.. But man increase your atmosphere rating by getting that sucker going again... The consumers only assumption is that the management or owner feels that there was transient, vagrant, for teenagers causing trouble and that's not a good assumption to think when somebody is checking out that talk about for the first time it's in a really nice area next to nice shopping and a great neighborhood get people to hang out more!... Btw I've been going there actually off and on since at least 1993... Back then we just hung out outside cuz we didn't have a cell phones lol...“
