“This place was busy! The gentleman working the front was handling a demanding/needy customers like pro! I screwed up my order and he insisted on making it right for me despite it being my error. Who ever was working the front counter on 11/14 at 3:20-3:30 pm was a 5 star employees giving customers a 5 star experience.“

“I go here several times a month. It's on my way to my second job. It's on the wrong side of the road for me, so I go out of my way to go here. For the past year their food has been much improved, the drive thru is quick and efficient. The food is hot and the lettuce is not wilted. I wish I had more time to eat it when I didn't have to hurry off to my next destination. Whoever has been managing this store is doing a good job.“

“I didn't catch the mans name but whoever it was that was working the drive thru late last night was awesome at what they do. We weren't the most easy order to take. We had 2 separate orders, for 3 different people, and they changed up drinks and some items. “Asst manager or opening guy was very snappy and rude. Spoke to me with a derogatory attitude. He was trying to rush me like my life depended on it. I stayed calm. Was surprised. “I like this location. I can order from the kiosk, or in person, and if they forget something on your order theyll fix it with an upgrade. Foods delicious everytime. Yessir!!!!

Parking: The parking lit that this taco nell is located in is seemingly a nightmare everywhere else except for the taco bell itself. Always low traffic and easy to navigate. Very fast drive thru, too.“

“I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for several years now, after having a truly terrible experience at the Power/McKellips location, and I really have to give credit where it’s due.

The staff is friendly and courteous; the food is fresh and well-made. On the rare occasion that my order is not correct, the issue is resolved promptly and respectfully.

If, like me, you are directly between several Taco Bell locations, give this one a shot!“

“Absolutely the quickest service of any drive thru ANYWHERE. Seriously. I've been in a LOT of drive thrus. Over 1,200 orders done through Postmates. This Taco Bell location has a super speedy team. Very considerate, genuine, and certainly great people. Thank you to the whole team there for making sure that many folks including my family are taken care of with speedy Exceptional service.

“This Taco Bell (1125 S Dobson)was absolutely amazing customer service and the food was absolutely amazing.

This Taco Bell is WAYYY better than the one on 1256 S Country Club. They asked me if I had a mobile order then I said no and they disappeared for 10 minutes and I was the only customer there. I pulled up to the window and no one was there so I left without being able to order.“

“I mean, it's Taco Bell. It isn't a fine dining experience. They have a kiosk for ordering and have never failed us when we had to swing by late after a concert to scratch the Taco Bell itch. Have had no issues, personally, at this location. Taco Bell is love. Taco Bell is life.“

“Everything was so delicious, I didn’t take the time to take pics… but this location excels, going above and beyond! You don’t see that very often at fast food restaurants like this. The manager (that’s my educated guess) clearly believes in the long forgotten “customer first” adage. We had a special request most managers would have ignored, but not this guy! If he isn’t the manager, he certainly should be. Our Breakfast Crunchwraps were the best ever! Excellent food and service, all the way around!“

“This is my local and go to taco bell and I havent had any major issues and if its minor than its fixed right away.
Tonight was different and off. I had just got home from a 6 hour drive and just wanted some food so I placed a mobile order. Payed extra for a large drink in my combo and $1 more for nacho shell taco.
The guy working around 930pm 10/6/2024 I had never seen him before. Tells me over the speaker they have no large cups and no nacho shells, but doesnt try to remedy the situation except with "do you want a crunchy or soft taco? Okay..... so I asked him "since I paid extra for both items you are out of, can I just get 2 medium drinks no ice? (I didnt even want a different taco)" he said "sure, and a crunchy taco?" I just agreed and went to the window.

Started handing my drinks with ice...and now I could feel I was annoying him to have them be fixed, but he just agreed to the change in the order and it wasnt even my fault the items are out. I thought I was nice and understanding and this guy acted like I was a POS.

Taco bell use to be cheap, but now I feel they nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. When you pay extra for something, try to make the situation better, dont make me feel bad if I ask for something to make up for your short comings.“

“Walked in from around corner with my wife and two grandkids. Well lit. Not crowded. Very pleasantly attended to for ordering. Food ready in short time hot. Clean. Ask for code for restrooms to wash up. Have used app to preorder before dining in, also.“

“So extremely sad that I could not find the bell. I looked everywhere!! The staff and management were not able to help locate it either and seemed rather confused at my search giving me packets of hot, mild and fire salsa packers instead. So the question remains... where is the bell?“
