At least in Arizona, I've have never been floored by the food at Whataburger. For the price I find the contemporaries to be the better option; however, it should go without saying that the food isn't inherently bad, just not outstanding like people make it out to be. The service is well above average, can't knock that in the slightest. The atmosphere gets a star taken away due to the busy nature of the restaurant, which in turn highlights the quality of the service.

Paper menus should be available for seniors with sight & sound issues. I ordered a cheeseburger or a #2, thinking it came with cheese, unfortunately it did not ?. Straining to hear etc. food and service were respectable. Cleanliness was good.
