We went to Jack in the Box at 39526 N Gavilan Peak Pkwy Anthem , AZ 85086 today for dinner and we were shorted 1 egg roll out of a 3 egg roll order. We drove back to the store to return the 2 egg rolls as they were now cold and asked for a new order to be made. The cook came out and told us he always puts 3 egg rolls in the box and asked what we wanted. Bc if you’re expecting anything resembling the picture you need to go somewhere else.
This is the only JinB that I will go to, they actually care about service and food, for instance the lettuce is always fresh on the burger. Sounds like a small detail but it’s not. Lettuce is a key component in the JinBox menu. If the lettuce sucks so does the burger.
