From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Kera, our server, went above and beyond, providing excellent service that made us feel valued. Her fantastic summer recommendations were a hit with everyone at the table, and it’s clear that Kera has a true passion for her work. The choices she suggested were perfect, catering to our varied tastes, and we greatly appreciated her knowledge and attentiveness throughout our meal.

I also must highlight the culinary excellence that shines through when Josie is the Kitchen Chef. Each dish we ordered was not only delicious but beautifully presented. It’s evident that the team at this location is committed to ensuring every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

While there may be other First Watch locations in Arizona, I can confidently say that First Watch Oro stands out among the rest. The combination of your excellent staff and remarkable service truly elevates this location to a class of its own.

The staff was attentive to our every need. The home cooked meals were generous and delicious, and a to-go box was necessary! I would also like to comment on your bathrooms- so pleased to see a space for changing diapers in the ladies restroom, and all the rolls of toilet paper- BRILLANT!!! “Exceptional service at this location. Came in on a busy Sunday morning with my family. There was a little mistake with our order and the staff went above our expectations to make things right. Ericka was our server and she did a really phenomenal job of taking care of our family. Thank you to the management staff and the front and back of the house team for the great dining experience 🙏“

“Kimberly was very kind, considerate, and accommodating as she closed the blinds for us when the sun was in our face. She checked up on us routinely and the restaurant was clean despite the influx of people. I have been going to this IHOP for years and staff is always amazing. Definitely my go to IHOP in town! 🫶🏻“

“This place has a lot of character. I understand they still auction stock in part of the building. The restaurant part is clean and only smells of good food. Your coffee gets refilled if you ask. Not as frequently as I would like, but my friends ( who aren't coffee hounds) were okay with this. It seems to be a favorite with locals because it was busy. Everyone enjoyed their food which was standard breakfast fare with a Hispanic flair. It's out of the way, but worth the trip“

“Always a good place for breakfast or lunch. We ordered Eggs Benedict. Asked for Xtra crispy hash browns and well toasted muffin. You know, crispy muffin. No go on both . The hollandaise sauce was 'different' but tasty. Eggs poached perfectly. Won't order that again but definitely will go back! We split it and each had a separate drink. Just enough for 2 light eaters.“

“I went to ihop this morning and ate breakfast with my too small children and husband. Our waiter Chantelle provided excellent service, she was very engaged with my small kids while at the table and stayed on top of my husbands drink! She was really friendly and nice. We will be back hopefully on her shift!“
