“This place is amazing you are in for the best treat of your life as soon as you enter. You are always greeted and with every cookie it is treated like it is gold ( which the cookie is better than gold!) each get their own box. At first I thought that the price was crazy but it is worth every cent! Plus we can never eat a whole cookie they are fun to share and eat later! This place is awesome!!

“The food is very tasty. The California burgers were great, but the seasoning is a little salty, but it's so good. I had a side of onion rings, which were just what I wanted. My husband had a strawberry milkshake, which he rated 7/10. My only complaint is that the condiment/soda area is a mess. That's a management issue, for sure. We will return to try another type of burger.“

“We live super close to licks and I love to always try a different flavor and there custom milkshakes are so good also, if you look to the right of the fridge and between the lounge area on the wall there’s a menu for a bunch of different types of ice cream like one is a peanut butter sorta vibe ice cream cone and also another amazing thing is there staff they are always so friendly, I highly recommend this if your driving by or if you are eating dinner somewhere near I definitely recommend stopping by.“

“Great customer service and always a pleasant experience. Don’t be the person that arrives a couple minutes before closing time. I arrived at 5 minutes before 10pm, not knowing they close at 10 since they changed from their summer hours. I was still going to get served but I decided to come back the next day. I’m not going to be that inconsiderate person arriving right before closing on purpose. Don’t be that guy/woman!“

“So many flavors of Italian ice to choose from! Ask for a sample before you place your order; they’re so nice about that. Then build your gelati with your favorite water ice and soft serve ice cream and ENJOY! Nice, happy employees and a consistently great product = great experience!“

“Delicious gelato and fantastic customer service from the lovely hijabi woman that served me and my boyfriend... But the other woman working was AWFUL. I watched her grimace at basically every customer that walked in while I was there. I had smiled at her and tried to be friendly, but she stared at me with a nasty look on her face until she finally decided to give me a weird fake smile and stare me down. Y'all need to say Bye Felicia to her and double the other girl's pay... The other girl was doing all the work anyway.“

“Went to the LaEncantata location this evening, super sweet, polite young lady, Amanda helped my boyfriend and I. We love going to Frost but early the in the resent past have had a few moody employees. Looks like they have some new employees that seems be happy and care. It is also a treat and sooooo yummy! “My car was up on the rack at Brake Masters, I had just scarfed down a Chick-fil-A sandwich, walked back to the shop, car not yet ready… it was hot. Hmmm. Something cold to wash down the sandwich. DQ is right next door. I hardly ever go there… it’s not actually ice cream and it’s so obviously NOT healthy… ah, but then neither is Chick-fil-A. But hey, maybe two wrongs could make a right? I walked over to DQ in the 108° heat and ordered a medium vanilla cone. It was a refreshing conclusion to lunch but in hindsight, should’ve gotten a small.“

“Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's 13th B-day. The cake and the service was 5 star! I highly recomend them as every person that attended the party. They made me look great, and all I did was poke at my key board. Keep up the good work, customer service is king!“
