We had lunch at the restaurant for the first time. It must be popular because it was full the entire time we were there. The person with me had the lunch special pollos la crema. She had a large portion and it was delicious. I ordered flautas and was surprised the ends of the deep fried tortillas were blackened.
One of the better Mexican food restaurants on the North end of Tucson. (Oro Valley) Good portions and comparable prices. An extensive menu with lots to choose from. My "go to's" are beef tacos or fajitas. But, other people I've done with have ordered their smothered burritos and Chile rellenos are also great! Lori the manager is very good and helps the entire staff - from bussing to hostessing and running food - very hands on!
