We had three types of BBQ meat and BBQ cauliflower for our vegetarian/vegan guests, squash, salad, and mashed potatoes and for dessert- peach cobbler and ice cream. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked, but the brisket was the star—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it.
